Great little private place. From time to time, you can hear them playing music next door. Highly recommend anyone staying next.

The family had a lot of fun being able to gather together. The decor was great and fit the area. The outside area was a big plus and the granddaughter and her dad enjoyed the lizards and frogs that were outside. The house has enough space, that if you need a little time to yourself you can find a space.

Such a responsive host, wonderful accommodations, private fenced in back yard for pets, easy access to Baton Rouge & New Orleans.

The bathroom situation is phenomenal! 2 of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the one bedroom that doesn’t is tucked in a private corner of the house with the bathroom door right next to the bedroom in a little nook. So it feels like it also has a private bathroom. We had 6 adults, a baby, and dog on this 6 day trip and we all felt like we had plenty of room. There is a baby pin in the spare room, but we brought our own and easily fit it in the master bedroom. We also brought our own large dog crate and that fit in the master as well! The kitchen is HUGE. It has all the amenities and utensils you need. The main living space was perfect for us to all gather. WiFi worked great. We brought our own Apple TV so I’m not sure about the tv channels or anything. We downloaded the fox8 app and streamed that to watch the local news. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be booking again for our next trip to visit our extended family.

Blaine’s place was perfect! We had an event to attend at the Civic Center and the location was just about 5 mins away. Very clean, easy to get in and out and very spacious.

One of the best Airbnb‘s we have ever stayed at. Completely separated from the other half of the house. Literally feels like you actually have an entire condo to yourself, without the kitchen.. Has a refrigerator and coffee maker with everything supplied, so for weekend stays or even longer, It’s perfect! When you’re in the N.O. area who wants to cook anyway, it’s the best food in the world IMO! VERY cool neighborhood and VERY quiet. The description does not even do this place justice, it’s even better than described. Trevor is a great host and even responded to a message I sent at 2 in the morning. I could go on and on, but if you’re having any doubts about staying here, put them aside and go ahead and book it. Can’t forget about the bidet, either! 😂

Very nice home and am planning on booking again. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Easy access to everything in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Well worth staying here!

Had a great stay here! The host was very responsive and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. The place is really close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and things to do as well! The space was a great size for just being there about a week and was a really nice place to come back to and unwind at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice place, especially if you will be visiting the race track. plenty of space for kids to play. Very friendly and responsive host.

This is a great place to stay if you are going on a fishing charter in the area. Reasonable drive to Coco marina. Mark is a great host and a great guy. If I am back in the area he will be the guy I contact for accomodations.

The price was reasonable and it had lots of fun I would do it again and I would recommend it to anyone

This was a beautiful house, and the host was very nice. It looked exactly like the photos. We were in town for Mardi Gras, and this ended up being the perfect distance to be out of the crazy city, but easy to drive in every day. The area was beautiful, and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good spot out side of the city to explore LA.

This place is fantastic for fishing! A great deck overlooking the canals and very comfortable surroundings. The boatlift was very helpful and easy to use. Patrick was exceptionally responsive and we will definitely come back to this place again!

This place far exceeded expectations. The location was beautiful, it was much nicer than I expected a houseboat to be, and our whole family felt right at home (including young kids). We could not have asked for a better experience. It was also very well stocked with everything needed and games and activities for the kids. We enjoyed fishing off the top deck and watching the wildlife. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. Our only regret was not reserving it for a longer stay, which we will be sure to do next time!

Nick offered early check-in which would’ve been great if our flight was earlier 🤗. His home was very spacious and we didn’t feel cramped. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the airport, stores, and major highway. I grew up not too far from where we stayed so that was a plus!
