This is one of the most well stocked rentals our family has stayed at. They had everything you need to cook (tons of plates and cutlery, spices, pot & pans,etc) and relax (towels, extra pillows, blankets, bathroom essentials). We felt like it was home away from home. The house was clean, well stocked and in a safe and beautiful location. Highly recommend for families traveling to Wasilla. Beds and sheets were super comfortable as well!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a place we could all stay at, since we had family coming in from out of town. The townhouse is lovely and the neighborhood is very quiet.

From the 1st messages a year before our stay, Kristen was incredible. I have been booking short-term rentals long before Airbnb existed, and Kristen has been the best host of all of those stays! We came from CO to see our AK family, and she graciously offered for us to have them come and go....sharing that they had created this home as a gathering space. She, Sophia & Jonathan went way above and beyond...making local recommendations, helping us with grocery delivery before we arrived and making sure our stay was memorable. This home is truly magical - built among the trees with comfortable furniture, a gorgeous kitchen with anything you need to prepare meals (we used almost every utensil/pot/pan at one point) and thoughtful touches. You can feel the energy that goes into making this space special. Kristen, Sophia & Jonathan, thank you so very much! We will be back! And our local AK family will also be recommending your place for friends and family:).

This is a great deal and a nice place to relax. Very peaceful. We showed up a few minutes early and Eric accommodated us and let us in 30min early. Very kind thing to do! I will come back if it’s available.

I had an amazing stay and a wonderful trip, largely because Kale’s place is well located by places and still far enough away to relax and be completely at peace. The northern lights didn’t show up, but you can’t arrange everything!

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

I absolutely loved staying here! He has created a very nice little "neighborhood" with multiple similar rentals. it was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The garage and level entrance were perfect for a project I was working on there, going through a bunch of bins of supplies for a big event that I coordinate. I didn't get finished when I had hoped and was able to add add a couple of days on to my stay very easily. Craig was helpful and informative. I would love to stay here again sometime!

The place was beautiful and very clean! Everything matched the listing. The host was above and beyond helping with all of our questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely lovely, beautiful and clean, fully stocked with all the amenities and everything new. I loved the comfortable and bright workspace and reading nook (with windows!). The location is great, right off two major roads but not so close that you get too much road noise. I was very comfortable and would be happy to stay there again.

Steven & Colleen’s place was perfect. The kitchen and washroom/bathroom were stocked to my needs. The location was in the heart of downtown & I was able to jog to nearby places. Close enough to anchorage but far enough to feel like I was living in alaska

Wonderful place to stay. It is very comfortable, peaceful and very centrally located for activities in Anchorage, Willow, Palmer and Wasilla. We enjoyed ice fishing in Wasilla, and Northern lights in Willow.

We love Kelly’s place! We’ve stayed multiple times while snowboarding at Skeetawk and Kelly’s place feels like home! Always clean, quiet, very very well appointed. Kelly is responsive, helpful and friendly. You really can not go wrong! Just book it!

This is a mother in law with separate entrance in the heart of a farming community with good hiking and a reindeer farm in (moderate) walking or bike riding distance. North and South Butte trails are in the extended neighborhood, Pyrahs U-Pick farms with the harvest Festivals and music, Jim creek has Horse back riding on a glacier area tour, and weekend races in the summer. Close enough to town to get some food at Vagabonds or Turkey Red, enjoy the stay-cation; theres a herd of the cutest puppies. There are hundred of miles of walkable and campable trails in this area if you are inclined, accessible from your door step.

Beautiful place! Super clean and cozy! comfortable and easy to get to. We were very happy and will definitely stay at this place again! I will recommend to all my friends that are traveling as well!

The mustard seed has everything you need, the personal touches make you feel right at home. there is a beautiful, peaceful 5 minute walk that leads to the lake.

The place was cozy and comfortable, and Marshall went above and beyond to communicate well every step of the way and make sure we had a great experience. He is very generous with his time and efforts to ensure a fantastic stay.

Took a boys trip with 3 friends and I selected Susanna’s home as our second choice as our first choice had raised the price of rental. This was easily the best decision we made. Susanna’s home in Wasilla was a prime location for our boys trip as we were able to adventure in any direction and enjoy amazing sights without having to drive an extra hour if you’re staying in downtown Anchorage. I was impressed with all of the amenities offered by Susannas home. The kitchen was very spacious and was stocked with every seasoning we could need. It often became our central gathering area of the house. Another treat to be able to view the Aurora Borealis from the comfort of the outside deck. Huddling around the fire pit was also very calming during these snowy nights. Overall, I would say this home is excellent place for you and your family (or friends) to stay if you want to enjoy the natural beauty of Lower Alaska without having to drive too far. I always try to stay at these cabins first when I come to Alaska. Very nice in a quiet setting, everything is as advertised. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

We’re so lucky to have gotten to stay at this beautiful cabin! We made a last minute booking and Elise and Ben were very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was super clean and very well made. We barely touched the heater. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were so soft. I wish we could have stayed a couple extra days to hike about the property. We loved being greeted by the 2 goodest pups in the morning (although if dogs aren’t your thing, Elise made sure to reach out ahead of time to ask in case she needed to leash them). Will definitely be booking again next time we are visiting!

Enjoyed this cabin so much we couldn't wait to go back. This is our second time in one month. So cozy with all the amenities. Fun times roasting marshmallows at the outside fire pit with views of the snow covered mountains. Wonderful Nordic skiing on groomed trails in Hatchers pass at independence mine and archangel road. Great way to celebrate solstice in Alaska !
