Hout Bay : locations de vacances dans des cottages

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und das sagt in meinen Augen schon vieles aus. Hazel und Christo machen den Aufenthalt jedesmal zu etwas ganz besonderem und ihre Gastfreundschaft ist einfach grandios. Die Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil verfügt über einen Pool zu privaten Nutzung und ist kindergesichert. Zusätzlich gibt es einen HotTub der bei Bedarf angeheizt werden kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die perfekte Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Die Gegend ist super angenehm, wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Es sind mehrere Geschäfte und auch Restaurants in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. An die Waterfront braucht man ca. 20min und zur Canal Walk Mall sind es nur knapp 10min. Wir werden mit Sicherheit ein viertes mal kommen.

We had such a memorable stay in Scarborough with Sebastian at Ballygate. We all felt the house had a welcoming and family-friendly energy. It felt like the house was filled with many family memories as it certainly will live in our memories forever. The place was perfectly situated with endless views of the mountains and rural areas of Scarborough, yet a quick walk to the beach. We spent every morning sipping coffee watching sunrise from the patio, walking the length of the beach, exploring the Cape and then catching sunset back at Scarborough. Sebastian was always immediate with everything we asked. He was friendly and helpful and his instructions couldn't be more clear. The house has everything you need and it was cozy and comfortable for everybody.I have nothing horrible to say about Ballygate. we will most definitely make the 30 hour flight again just to stay here with Sebastian.

Very highly recommended and 5 stars all around. Don’t miss out on a stay at June & Alan’s cottage. The location and view from this cozy accommodation is utterly spectacular at all times of day and night. It seems as though you are looking at a painting and you stand amazed that it is reality. June & Alan are both very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We are very grateful they have decided to share their little piece of paradise with others…

Great place for a romantic getaway or to base yourself to explore Blouberg. The kitchen is well stocked for a longterm stay and the hosts are uber responsive and go the extra mile to make your stay special. I own a travel agency and have been to 66 countries…I wish every rental owner would take cues from these hosts. I cannot recommend this place enough. No need to keep searching…you’ve found your place and won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sebastian’s seaside cottage! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves, waking up to mountain views, and being just a short walk from Scarborough’s restaurants and town centre made for a truly special experience. The house had everything we could have asked for—braai facilities, inviting outdoor seating areas, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen (coffee plungers included, which is a rare Airbnb bonus!). Even my partner, who’s usually indifferent to interiors, was charmed by the farmhouse-style kitchen. It was the perfect peaceful and restorative escape—close enough to Cape Town for an easy trip, yet it felt a world away. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Gaby und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und Gastfreundlich. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die ganze Anlage ist absolut sicher und ruhig und gut gelegen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle wichtigen Ort in 10min. Die kleine Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Kleinkind hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Via someone who stayed there with her 2 kids and who I booked it for :)... A super cosy and well-appointed cottage with beautiful ocean and mountain views. The large pool and incredible garden, complete with a frog-filled stream running through it, was a delight to my kids (I think the frogs were less delighted however). We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

10/10 spot in gardens! Super cozy and has everything you would need. Private and tucked away in the back, fast WiFi, comfy bed, good kitchen and 3 lovely dogs on the property 🥹 super close to Resturant’s and main action, but tucked away where it feels private Molly is so kind and welcoming, she made the stay effortless and I can’t wait to come back . Don’t miss this gem!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage a lot. It's a lovely cottage with a nice outside area. The cottage is well equipped and very stylish. In the outside area you find 2 sunbeds and we enjoyed a little swim in the pool. Nikki and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The cottage is located in a quiet and safe area and Noordhoek is actually perfect to explore the areas of Cape Town. Noordhoek has a beautiful long white sandy beach, the sunsets are amazing. There are 2 double rooms with their own bathroom. We would love to come back the next time.

I use Airbnb A LOT. I book 3 or 4 places a month & I must say, this is definitely top 5 for me! We felt right at home from the moment we checked in! Jay was a ray of sunshine. Her lovely energy makes you feel like you are meeting an old friend. She took the time to read my profile & seeing that I love plants, she gave me permission to play in her garden the whole week. This was the highlight of my stay. These 2 wholesome beings are such a lovely couple that goes above & beyond to make their guests feel welcome & taken care of! Their caretaker Mr Darlington was friendly, helpful & there whenever l needed his assistance! This home is very comfortable, safe, clean & had everything we needed. It looks even better than the pictures! The outdoor garden is so cosy. You can braai or just chill & enjoy a quiet evening! check out was ofcoz sad, l wish l could’ve stayed longer. Our whole stay was exactly what my little family needed. Would definitely recommend & we plan on staying here again!

What an absolute spoil it was for us! We did not want to leave. seb and his parents were so nice and accommodating. Bella was the highlight for my partner and I as we love dogs and we absolutely loved her! Such a beautiful peaceful space. We will definitely be returning soon The scenery and the space itself is absolutely beautiful Perfect for little romantic getaway Space is private and quiet ♥️ so happy we chose them!

The house is sooo cozy and nice interior design! Many details and I felt soo homely, I spent mostly all the time of my staying at Constantia at this home)) Horses stables are also super nice , everyday I went there to meet them ☺️ Good location of the house to walk around, close to few very good supermarket, walking distance to Constantia Uitsing wine yard So, highly recommend this house 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Hans holiday home. We loved all the space and the beautiful outside area., our 3 children had a great time in the swimming pool. We felt very comfortable and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Tess ang Kyle’s cottage, felt at home right away. Cottage matched description and pics., and got very quick and helpful responses when we had questions. Nice and quiet location with no noice from traffic. Definataly coming back!

Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in dit mooie huis. Lekker knus, maar ruim genoeg voor ons gezin met 2 kleine kinderen. Ligging is goed en er wordt 3x per week schoongemaakt (inbegrepen in de prijs). Wij zouden direct weer boeken als we nog eens komen.

I loved my stay at Jane and Harry's place. It's spacious and beautiful and the private patio at the back a real bonus. The bed is comfy, ample cupboard space. I appreciated the walk-in shower. And the kitchen. It's close to shops and it's a beautiful area to go for a walk in. Jane and Harry were attentive hosts and I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Hidden in the heart of Constantia, Cape Town, the Vine View Cottage felt like a sanctuary to us. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by rolling vineyards and the tranquil sounds of nature. The serenity of the surroundings, accompanied by the symphony of birdsong, made us feel instantly at peace. One of the most unforgettable moments was waking up to an early morning breeze carrying the fresh, invigorating scent of fynbos. It was as if the world had slowed just for us, offering a quiet invitation to breathe and be present. Looking out toward the iconic Table Mountain, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the landscape. Every experience here brought a sense of renewal—whether it was wandering along scenic trails or simply soaking in the quiet ambiance. This wasn’t just a place to stay; it became a space where we reconnected with nature and left feeling refreshed, lighter, and rejuvenated. Hoping to visit again soon! Thank you Jamie & Allison.

We had a great little stay at cottage, it had everything we needed, was super clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We felt really safe and the area is beautiful! Rob was a wonderful host, thank you for having us!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay at Jenny’s. The cottage is a little slice of heaven - beautifully furnished with meticulous attention to detail. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the view of lush greenery as the morning sunlight streamed. Jenny was the perfect host and made us feel right at home. We already miss her highly addictive weekly cinnamon buns :-) Thank you so much Jenny for being so wonderful and the best holiday, we can’t wait to be back!

Whimsical Cottage is small but facilities adequate for a short stay. Excellent Wi-Fi and copious hot water. The estate is exceptionally beautiful.
