Great location and great host. Clean, well equipped and within easy reach of the train station. Host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Wij hebben met een groep vriendinnen een weekend in dit verblijf gelogeerd en het was ontzettend fijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er, we konden lekker koken en samen eten aan de grote tafel, we genoten van de sauna en konden prachtig wandelen in de omgeving. Vanuit de tuin keken we uit op ontzettend schattige lammetjes. Het was heel fijn. Dank je wel!

Fantastic hosts with excellent communication. The place brilliantly balances the warmth of staying in a local family home, yet it's still perfectly presented as you'd expect from a holiday let. It was perfect for our one year old, she had so much space and so many toys! The location is good with excellent bus links into Utrecht, while nearby there are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and well looked after. Thanks for a great stay!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen und dieses Haus ist perfekt. Jeder hat ausreichend Platz, es gibt ja 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und besitzt eine tolle Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet allen möglichen Komfort. Der Garten mit Jacuzzi und Schwimmteich sind eine echte Erholungsoase. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kommt überall schnell hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A beautiful renovated house that feels the energy of love wherever you go. Modern, comfortable and warm. It is equipped with the best and finest equipment. It was a very comfortable stay for 10 days. Everything is available. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fast internet and car parking. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and a charming garden. The owner of the house, Valérie, is nice and loves to provide assistance and is quick. The response when communicating with her I highly recommend living in their house

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben genoten van deze accommodatie. Wij hebben ons meteen thuis gevoeld. Om de ‘war zones’ van de grote stad tijdens oud & nieuw te ontvluchten hebben wij ons heil gezocht en gevonden bij Arie en Henrieta. Jammer dat oud & nieuw geen week duurt, want wij hadden het nog wel even volgehouden daar.

we had a little trouble getting but Wijnand was very responsive and send someone over to help us open the door. Decorations in the house were beautiful, the amenities were as described, the beds were comfortable, and our teenagers loved the upstairs extra beds accessible by ladder. the kitchen was clean. The area around the house was beautiful and we enjoyed the bikes. All in all we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this home.

This property is a true countryside gem! Carmen was an exceptional host - responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The open format layout provides a wonderful sense of space while still feeling cozy and private. The natural surroundings are magical - waking up to bird songs and having friendly farm animals (pigs and horses) nearby created a genuine rural retreat experience. We particularly enjoyed access to local trails for walking and exploring the beautiful Dutch countryside. The amenities are excellent - the wood stove created a warm atmosphere, the charcoal grill was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the private sauna is a luxurious touch (just allow ample time for it to heat up). The yard created a peaceful outdoor space that complemented the interior nicely. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still accessible to Dutch attractions, this is an excellent choice! We would definitely stay here again!

寬敞，漂亮，舒適，溫暖，時尚，光線充足，寧靜，環境優美，設備齊全。 屋主很友善，回覆迅速，每次我有任何問題或要求，他都很快回覆及翌日早上會向我提供我的所需。也向我提供了附近美味的餐具及適合我的小孩玩樂的景點。 廚房和浴室設備齊全。洗衣服、乾衣服也很方便。煮食也是很好的選擇。 文化差異的關係，我們是不會穿著鞋子進入屋內，請你自備私人的室內拖鞋。 可能我到訪時候是term break的關係，星期一至五都遇到塞車，到任何一個荷蘭主要的城市（阿姆斯特丹、海牙、鹿特丹、代爾夫特）都至少需要一小時或以上，出發前要預留更多的時間。 注意：需額外付上荷蘭政府的tourist tax，每人每晚€1.58。

Wij zijn een weekend hier geweest en hebben geweldig genoten, super gastvrij, alles schoon en netjes. Achtertuin in aanbouw maar een prachtige zij/voortuin met verschillende zitjes waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven. We hadden een klein probleem en hier werd meteen naar gekeken! Top verblijf!

Mein Sohn und ich verbrachten 3 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Bei der Ankunft wurde man herzlich empfangen & uns wurde unsere Unterkunft gezeigt. Am meisten hat uns die Umgebung gefallen, es war total idyllisch! Die Spaziergänge am Abend waren magisch. Man kommt absolut zur Ruhe an diesem Fleckchen. Wenn man von der Unterkunft etwas weiter rechts läuft, findet man Snack Automaten 👏🏻 dort bekommt man Getränke, Snacks, Bio Eier, sogar Eis oder Fleischware! Ein Lidl ist auch nur 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir durften den großen tollen Garten nutzen & genossen unsere Privatsphäre. Alles in allem, würde ich wiederkommen! Herzliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt & wunderschöne Gegend.

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr modern und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war Klasse!

We enjoyed our stay with Gert-Jan. The house was very clean and tidy. Gert-Jan was very attentive and helpful. The house had everything we needed (toilet roll, kitchen soap etc.) and even though it is attached to other property, the house was quiet and had a beautiful garden. We were lucky to have great weather and despite the house not having air conditioning it stayed at really comfortable temperature. Location wise it was a great base to explore from. We had days out in Utrecht (beautiful), Amsterdam (busy!) and the Kröller Müller museum which is located in the De Hoge Veluwe Park about an hours drive away, but well worth it. More locally, we discovered a nice bakery in Ammerzoden and the children particulary enjoyed an afternoon of swimming and waterslides at Sportfondsen Sportiom in Den Bosch.

De woning van Robbin is een heerlijke plek met alle belangrijke voorzieningen. We hebben met ons dochtertje genoten van het verblijf in zijn huis, zeker ook door al het speelgoed dat voor haar aanwezig was. De communicatie is prettig en duidelijk, alles is goed verzorgd en netjes, en het huis is heel sfeervol. De omgeving is qua natuur erg mooi, er is genoeg te doen, maar tegelijkertijd is het heerlijk rustig. Kortom: een aanrader!

Der Check In bei Adva war problemlos und in der Unterkunft haben uns schon einige Aufmerksamkeiten erwartet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr hundefreundliches Haus und Umgebung, unser Hund hat es geliebt :) Die direkte Umgebung ist toll und es gibt einiges zu entdecken, wie zum Beispiel die Seen. Aber auch Amsterdam und Utrecht sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir waren über meinen Geburtstag bei Adva und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Adva war immer super erreichbar!

Nous avons été enchantés par l’environnement, le cadre, le calme et le dépaysement. Le chalet est agréable et confortable. Nous le recommandons.

Martien was a very welcoming host and very responsive to all our concerns. Her place was very quiet, comfy and almost felt like home. The outdoor bench facing the canal was a great addition and the neighborhood makes you feel like a local. Would recommend this place to anyone who would like to live in a quiet and not so crowded area but also quite close to Amsterdam. Thank you, Martien!

ein super Wochenende gehabt

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! we moesten een stukje lopen van de auto naar het huisje. Normaal prima te doen. met een dikke zwangere buik iets minder fijn 😅 maar we zijn heel vriendelijk geholpen door de dochter. De ruimte is super schoon met een hele fijne sfeer! we hebben het er heerlijk gehad!

We waren een paar dagen in het geweldige huisje van Rose voor ons eerste huwelijksjubileum. Rose had heel attent voor ons een roos en een kaartje neergezet, wat meteen zorgde voor een fijn ontvangst! We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad bij de open haard, genoten van de omgeving met onze hondjes en de zonsopkomst vanaf de dijk is fantastisch!

Chalet super cosy à l’orée d’un bois, il se trouve dans un village vacances mais n’en est pas moins isolé juste comme je le voulais. Parfait pour quelques jours au calme et faire de belles balades en déconnexion totale. Mirte est une hôte super accueillante et la communication avec elle est ultra fluide, ce fut un vrai plaisir de louer son bien. Petit plus, c’est accessible en transport en commun. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Wat een mooie plek hebben Elise en Romée gecreëerd! Een superleuk, knus ingericht huisje met een fijne tuin en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk weekendje. En dat natuurlijk in een schitterende omgeving met de bossen van de Veluwe op loopafstand. De rust die je er ervaart is zalig. En wat een fijne en snelle communicatie en medewerking toen we vroegen of we misschien wat eerder mochten aankomen. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan en sluiten niet uit dat we hier ooit nog eens terug komen (en ons viervoeterig gezelschap was het daar roerend mee eens!)
