Houten : locations de maisons de vacances

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij dit duurzame huisje. Volg goed de instructies van de host om het huisje te vinden. Een perfecte plek om lekker knus spelletjes te spelen met elkaar. Alles aanwezig. Ook kaarsjes, super fijn! Prachtige fietsroutes dichtbij. Neem een dikke trui mee en sloffen, het is koud binnen en het duurt lang voordat het warm is. Het koelt snel af. De verwarming/warmte airco moet aanblijven. Wij wilde dit liever niet, maar het was anders echt te koud binnen. Bij ons viel de stroom uit, ondanks we de tips opvolgende van de host door apparaten niet tegelijk aan te zetten. Super fijn, want de host is altijd bereikbaar en reageerde hier direct op. Wat een fijne communicatie. Het huisje was geweldig schoon! Wij hebben ons vermaakt en komen zeker nog eens!

Heel fijn huisje en mooi ingericht voor onze jonge kinderen. Die hebben genoten van het speelgoed en de speeltoestellen in de tuin. Fijn dat alles aanwezig is, het is erg compleet! Je hoeft zelf bijna nergens aan te denken qua spullen meenemen, erg prettig want met jonge kinderen heb je al veel spullen nodig. Erg mooie en rustige omgeving, je kunt zo het bos in. Jacqueline is erg vriendelijk. Tijden voor inchecken en uitchecken waren erg fijn!

Harm was very welcoming and the house was perfect for our 4 night stay. The location was good, though there is a church right next door which rings its bells from 4am to midnight. The train station was a 15 minute walk away, but the comfort of the house was worth it. The house was very warm with underfloor heating and the bed was comfy. A good gas stove and plenty of pots to use. The microwave oven looked complicated to use but Harm will be happy to explain it if you have trouble. When we visited it was cold and we did not make use much of the garden/jacuzzi. A lovely bright space to spend time in.

Einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, mit kurzen Wegen zum Einkaufen und zum Bahnhof, von dem aus regelmäßig Züge nach Utrecht oder Amsterdam fahren. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, und in der ganzen Wohnung gibt es viel Platz. Kerstin und Wiemer sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, mit denen alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, und bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wederom een zeer prettig verblijf in de Barn bij Denise. Zeer sfeervol, warm en compleet. Denise is zeer gastvrij, communiceert snel, compleet en duidelijk.

We hebben een heerlijk ontspannen weekend gehad! Mooi en knus huisje met alles er op en er aan. Sauna en bad waren groot pluspunt!

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Veluwe. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, in der Nähe von Schwimmbad, Spielplatz und Restaurants. Naomi, Leon und Trudy waren freundlich und hilfsbereit; schon vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir alle wichtigen Informationen. Man merkt, dass viel Herz in diese Unterkunft gesteckt wurde. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Ruhe, die schöne Dekoration, die Spülmaschine sowie die saubere und gepflegte Umgebung. Auch die Matratzen waren toll! Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für eine wunderbare Zeit!

We stayed in this beautiful house with our family of 9 people. Everything was perfect: the location, the size, the things you can do in and around the house, also the host herself. The house is even nicer and bigger than shown on the pictures. Especially the outside is very nice for children. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

C'est un excellent logement, propre, chaleureux et ressemblant à la description. Le logement est accessible en transports en commun tout comme en voiture grace au parking gratuit autour de l'immeuble : un vrai plus. Bregje est disponible pour répondre aux questions et se montre chaleureuse. Merci à elle pour ce logement et pour ses petites attentions.

Rubia was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. She sent helpful videos with instructions for the house and was always responsive. The house is great and was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy and there was everything we needed. It is in a quiet area in the suburbs of Utrecht but there is a good bus service or you can easily cycle into Utrecht if you are able. It was perfect for our family of four.

We had a great long weekend stay with the house being perfectly located and exceptionally comfortable. It’s only around a 15 min walk into town so is in a peaceful area which we really enjoyed. The house itself is lovely and we would definitely stay again. It’s very modern and so has all the amenities you’d need and more. The hosts were incredibly helpful throughout - from giving us an early check in (after a very early flight) to recommending local restaurants. We’re hoping to be back around the same time next year and won’t hesitate to book the house again if available.

Mike is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a seamless experience. His property is beautifully maintained, Mike's attention to detail and thoughtful touches make his place stand out. He is responsive and ready to assist, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at Michael's beautiful home. When we arrived we found a sweet welcome basket with delicious stroopwafels, the kids were so happy! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and i loved very much our family moments around the big table, with candles and soft lighting such a cozy atmosphere. Outside, the fresh air was great for walks, and coming back to a warm, inviting space made everything feel even more special. It truly was an unforgettable experience. Michael was super friendly and always quick to respond, which made everything easy. We’re so grateful we found this place for our family reunion none of us really wanted to leave! Mijn vrouw en ik hebben genoten van deze accommodatie. Wij hebben ons meteen thuis gevoeld. Om de ‘war zones’ van de grote stad tijdens oud & nieuw te ontvluchten hebben wij ons heil gezocht en gevonden bij Arie en Henrieta. Jammer dat oud & nieuw geen week duurt, want wij hadden het nog wel even volgehouden daar.

Fantastic hosts with excellent communication. The place brilliantly balances the warmth of staying in a local family home, yet it's still perfectly presented as you'd expect from a holiday let. It was perfect for our one year old, she had so much space and so many toys! The location is good with excellent bus links into Utrecht, while nearby there are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and well looked after. Thanks for a great stay!

llvy's place is amazing! The apartment is nicely decorated and only walking distance to the city center, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. IIvý is a friendly and helpful host, she always respond to my messages quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Utrecht for few days.

We had a lovely week at Mark’s place. It’s such a beautiful house full of character and Mynki is the cutest cat ever!! It’s pretty nearby to a bus stop that will take you into the city centre or around half an hour to walk. Amazing communication and overall a great experience :)

we had a great stay here. the apartment is very nice and welcoming, the kitchen had everything we needed. communication was easy and always very responsive. my tips: 1. you can go and swim in the canal in the small park next to the house - search "Playground Heycopstraat" in maps. 2. the bedrooms get very bright in the early morning, some windows has no curtains, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive.

Great spot, we used bicycles and Uber so not sure about public transportation access but I’m told the bus is close. Space is beautiful, well stocked with lots of amenities.

We had a great stay at this house. Our kids loves watching the goldfishes and the space behind the house to play. The garden is beautiful and when we entertained guests they loved the atmosphere. They have great neighbors, we even played some great outdoor games with their family and ours. I recommend this place. It is in the center of The Netherlands, close access to the highway; easy to get anywhere you like.

This is not just a house, it's a home. The atmosphere is great: nice furniture, tasteful decorations and lots of inspiring quotes. We loved it. Good big kitchen to cook and to have long dinners. There's an airy living room so even with seven people you can still breathe and find a quiet spot to read. Anne and Martijn allowed us the TV and Nintendo which the kids loved after walks in the surrounding natural parks. There is lots of greenery nearby and Utrecht is close and offers interesting museums and shops. The supermarket is very close as well so no time gets wasted on long trips to get some food. Anne was easy to reach and very kind. They even left a surprise and lots of nice post its. Our Christmas holiday was the best!

Ein super charmantes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten etwas abseits des Trubels, in mitten einer tollen Wohngegend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden inkl. viele Spielsachen für unseren Sohn. Zu Fuß gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt das wunderbare Utrecht zu entdecken.
