Very cozy cabin which included everything you could ever need for you stay. Right next to a beautiful park and close by to Utrecht Central Station. Evelien is a very responsive and friendly host. We truly enjoyed our comfortable stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

Lotte’s home made us feel like living in a home that is away from home. Her cozy home has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. She was also proactively recommending some spots to visit and release the home earlier for us to check in. The champagne for the new year was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again !

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Perfection. Our family of 4 spent 3 days here and had a wonderful time. The home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It is very spacious and bright. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center but there were great restaurants within a very short walk. In hindsight, we should have rented bikes for the duration of our stay (we didn’t have a car). Moon & Maartin were very friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a lovely week at Mark’s place. It’s such a beautiful house full of character and Mynki is the cutest cat ever!! It’s pretty nearby to a bus stop that will take you into the city centre or around half an hour to walk. Amazing communication and overall a great experience :)

Prachtige ruime woning, leuk modern ingericht. Heerlijke slaapkamers, en 2 badkamers. Woonkamer is heel ruim met voldoende zitplaatsen met een grote tv. De keuken is heel groot en mooi, met een grote eettafel. Gelegen net buiten Ijsselstein en Nieuwegein. Met een auto heel prima te doen. Astrid woont ook op het erf en is dan ook direct beschikaar als het nodig is.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Ingrid. De omgeving was prachtig. Geweldige mountainbikeroutes en met de trein ben je in 10 minuutjes al in Utrecht. 'Savonds konden we heerlijk buiten zitten, in alle rust. Ingrid heeft ons leuke tips gegeven en reageerde zeer snel op onze berichten.

My family had a lovely stay at Esther and Sam's place! Even before we arrived, they were very proactive in communicating with us, and they made it super easy to check in and out. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern, yet gezellig. The provided amenities were very nice; we especially liked the rain shower. We look forward to staying with them again!

We zijn eigenlijk zelfs locals en alleen op zoek naar een plek dicht bij ons eigen huis dat tijdelijk niet beschikbaar was. Hiervoor was het echt perfect en alles makkelijk op loopafstand en alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Samen met het fantastische weer enorm van het appartementje genoten. Dank voor de gastvrijheid en veel succes gewenst met alles!

Jonathan's place is perfect for a short stay. The apartment and the garden are absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It wasn't cold despite the large window (we used termostat). The kitchen is good for cooking. But it might be a little uncomfortable for long staying because the bathroom is really tiny (but it's not a problem for a few days). Jonathan was very friendly and helpful.

Mooie manier om Utrecht te verkennen, in het centrum. Goed bed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekentje weg. Hulpzame host nogmaals bedankt Rob!!!

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche bei Otto und Esther. Die Wohnung entspricht allen Angaben und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Otto war sehr einfach zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn Utrecht- dann Otto :)

De woning is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Prima ligging, goed bereikbaar, alle voorzieningen voor een verblijf met 4 personen zijn aanwezig. Kortom, een zeer positieve ervaring.

We stayed 10 days at Nanda’s place and we enjoyed it. Her place is comfortable with a lot of natural light. The living room is spacious and pleasant to relax. Nanda and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful. I would recommend her place as its is very easy to go to the city and others cities with public transportation.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Notre séjour chez Riwfka s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien desservi avec la gare et les bus à proximité (2min à pied) ce qui permet d'être à Amsterdam rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Utrech. Riwfka m'avait envoyé énormément d'explications pour le logement ce qui nous a permi un accès libre et autonome. Seul bémol, la cage d'escalier des voisins du dessus était un peu bruyante mais vivable. Merci à Riwfka.

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

Staying at Dick's apartment was a delight. We stayed with our toddler and baby and had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The location is excellent - close to everything while being on a bit of a quieter side street. Communication with Dick was incredibly easy. We were able to drop off our bags early while we went out to lunch the day we arrived. We also asked if there was a high chair available and Dick ordered a high chair to be delivered during our stay. His assistance was above and beyond. Other things that stood out - it was so nice to have laundry available in the apartment and the coffee/espresso options were well stocked. The apartment is a wonderful space, we were so glad to have stayed here on our trip.

Gute Kommunikation und einfacher Check in machen das Ankommen angenehm. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleine Details versüßen den Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super! Sehr schöne Wohngegend, von der aus man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten ins ausgehviertel Neude und in den Science Park braucht. Zu viert war es super angenehm, geht aber auch gut zu 6., da die Schlafcouch recht stabil scheint. Gerne wieder! ☺️

We had a great time at Joyce's place and would happily book it again. It's a beautiful house in a great central location and you have the top floor to yourself with spacious lounge, bedroom and large bathroom with some kitchen facilities. We were visiting during a particularly cold spell, with an additional electrical heater it was perfectly comfortable. The house was very quiet and we slept very well (and I say this as a light sleeper). All in all the perfect place for our long weekend in Utrecht!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem wirklich charmanten Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super und es ist traumhaft, direkt vor der Unterkunft in der Sonne an der Gracht zu sitzen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und man hat buntes Treiben aber auch ein gemütliches ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen und Genießen. Jessica ist ist eine super Gastgeberin, danke für alles!
