Marijn's house is beautiful, cozy and well located. We loved it!

Very cozy cabin which included everything you could ever need for you stay. Right next to a beautiful park and close by to Utrecht Central Station. Evelien is a very responsive and friendly host. We truly enjoyed our comfortable stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Paulien is een vriendelijke gastvrouw die vlot communiceert. De accommodatie is zoals op foto (ik vind het persoonlijk in het echt nog mooier). Het is in een rustige wijk gelegen, maar je bent zo in de stad. Alles is aanwezig om er een fijn verblijf te hebben. Het is schoon, verzorgd en fris. Kortom: een aanrader!

Marjolijn’s house was lovely to stay in. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, and a great bathroom. It is in an excellent quiet neighbourhood not too far from the centre, with a few bakeries and shops nearby. The garden is nice and it was especially great to have two bicycles to borrow to use to go into the city along the canal. Marjolijn kindly left snacks and let us check out late. Very strong recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Lotte. Das Haus ist toll gelegen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum und den Bahnhof. Die Wohnumgebung ist schön und ruhig.

Perfection. Our family of 4 spent 3 days here and had a wonderful time. The home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It is very spacious and bright. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center but there were great restaurants within a very short walk. In hindsight, we should have rented bikes for the duration of our stay (we didn’t have a car). Moon & Maartin were very friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Location is perfect. In the center of everything but quiet. There are chairs, table, blankets to enjoy the Canal. İt is really a different experience

Très bon séjour chez Jelle avec qui la communication est très fluide et réactive. L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes pour un couple avec deux enfants dans un très bel environnement. Je recommande vivement si vous êtes de passage dans la région 😊

Mirjam’s place was clean, beautiful, and quiet, and within driving distance of Utrecht and Amsterdam (30 mins and 1 hour respectively). We enjoyed riding the two Dutch bikes, watching the animals (her horse, pony, and cat), and the garden. Breakfasts were scrumptious and prepared with the same delicate touch and warmth which we experienced throughout our entire stay.

We zijn eigenlijk zelfs locals en alleen op zoek naar een plek dicht bij ons eigen huis dat tijdelijk niet beschikbaar was. Hiervoor was het echt perfect en alles makkelijk op loopafstand en alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Samen met het fantastische weer enorm van het appartementje genoten. Dank voor de gastvrijheid en veel succes gewenst met alles!

Appartamento veramente curato nei dettagli. Posizione splendida! Pace e tranquillità sono il punto di forza: ti senti completamente avvolto dalla natura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la host è stata gentilissima. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo ad amici.

Jonathan's place is perfect for a short stay. The apartment and the garden are absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It wasn't cold despite the large window (we used termostat). The kitchen is good for cooking. But it might be a little uncomfortable for long staying because the bathroom is really tiny (but it's not a problem for a few days). Jonathan was very friendly and helpful.

Mooie manier om Utrecht te verkennen, in het centrum. Goed bed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekentje weg. Hulpzame host nogmaals bedankt Rob!!!

Wederom een prima verblijf in het mooie ruime appartement van Dea, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

It was a very nice stay in Charlotte's apartment. We really enjoyed the days there. The apartment is beautifully furnished, there is everything you could need. Unfortunately, the weather was too bad for the beautiful roof terrace... The location is great, in a lively district, but still totally quiet. And only a few minutes walk from the train station and the city center. And the communication with Charlotte was very nice and good! We would like to come back when the weather is nice...

Clean and walking distance to center. Good communication and provides bikes. Everything works fine, recommend!

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Notre séjour chez Riwfka s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien desservi avec la gare et les bus à proximité (2min à pied) ce qui permet d'être à Amsterdam rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Utrech. Riwfka m'avait envoyé énormément d'explications pour le logement ce qui nous a permi un accès libre et autonome. Seul bémol, la cage d'escalier des voisins du dessus était un peu bruyante mais vivable. Merci à Riwfka.

Appartamento molto luminoso. Accoglienza super , ci hanno aspettato nonostante il ritardo. Istruzioni molto grazie , anche raccolte in un opuscolo. Cucina fornitissima di pentole, elettrodomestici e vettovaglie. Frigorifero con buona disponibilità di cibo soprattutto per la colazione. Bagno molto pulito e doccia grande e comoda. Soggiorno molto luminoso con grandi vetrate e bellissima vista sul parco. Solo due cose da tenere in evidenza : l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore e non è consigliato per persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. I parcheggi sotto casa sono estremamente cari mentre i parcheggi gratuiti non sono vicinissimi.

Ich hatte eine super gute Zeit in Casa Julia. Frouke ist sehr sehr nett und antwortet jederzeit super schnell auf alle möglichen Anliegen. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung und besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen mit denen man sehr schnell ins Stadtzentrum und in die Umgebung fahren konnte. Vielen Dank für alles Frouke!
