This property is a true countryside gem! Carmen was an exceptional host - responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The open format layout provides a wonderful sense of space while still feeling cozy and private. The natural surroundings are magical - waking up to bird songs and having friendly farm animals (pigs and horses) nearby created a genuine rural retreat experience. We particularly enjoyed access to local trails for walking and exploring the beautiful Dutch countryside. The amenities are excellent - the wood stove created a warm atmosphere, the charcoal grill was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the private sauna is a luxurious touch (just allow ample time for it to heat up). The yard created a peaceful outdoor space that complemented the interior nicely. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still accessible to Dutch attractions, this is an excellent choice! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Airbnb to stay with easy public transport to Amsterdam. The bus stop is practically opposite the apartment, and yet it is a quiet lovely area.

Great place to stay in the neighbourhood. Big apartment that allows you to spend time with an amazing work space that let us to our remote work and have family for shared meals in the evening. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Nice modern and comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans l'appartement de Melanie. Il est situé dans un quartier d'Utrecht très agréable et est superbe. Le logement est tres joli, très agreable à vivre et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse à différents moments de la journée. Nos hôtes étaient vraiment très accueillants et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous l'espace de quelques jours !

The place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Welcome treats on arrival, wines in the fridge (did not drink them cause we don't drink wine), but it was a great touch! The place was spotless and there is ample space for a family 5. JP was very responsive on a couple of issues we had, and he resolved them extremely quickly. Our hub was really Utrecht to get around (Utrech Station), so had to commute to utrecht Central daily and it was between a 15-25 minute bus ride (not ideal). The heater (Nordic Fire) is fantastic, took us some time to figure it out to get the apartment at the "right" temperature (right , like art is in the eyes of the beholder). Great value for what you pay. Great hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great time in Utrecht and at Annelies' house. Supermarkets, other shops, train station and city centre are in walking distance. Also e.g. buses, bike rentals are nearby. House is well equipped, cozy and offered a lot of space to us for our holidays. Beds were very comfortable, too. Rooms are on three floors and stairs are steeper than usual, but we got along well.

Great location and great host. Clean, well equipped and within easy reach of the train station. Host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

A very lovely home with all of the necessary amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the pack porch and enjoying the garden and evening rain showers. We liked all of the natural light in the space and cooking some meals in. The neighborhood was walkable and far enough from the town center to get away from the hustle and bustle. This was our first time staying in terrace/row house and we found the daily noise activity of neighbors to be more than we are used to. The host was kind enough to provide ear plugs should it be needed.

Fantastic hosts with excellent communication. The place brilliantly balances the warmth of staying in a local family home, yet it's still perfectly presented as you'd expect from a holiday let. It was perfect for our one year old, she had so much space and so many toys! The location is good with excellent bus links into Utrecht, while nearby there are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and well looked after. Our stay could not have been better. Anna's place is perfect for staying at home (spacious inside and a perfect balcony) and discovering Utrecht city centre on foot. All amneties at a stone's throw and a big park is at a 10 minutes walk as well. The host was efficient and the interactions smooth.

Wunderbares geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Absolut ruhige Umgebung mit Garten und Dachterrasse. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Perfekter Urlaub.

Max et Irène sont très sociables et très serviables ! Le logement était vraiment conforme à nos attentes. J’ai passé un super séjour, je recommande vivement !

Jasmijn’s place was really lovely. The interior is well designed and has nice decoration and lighting. The center of Utrecht was easily reachable from this place. Despite a construction site on the way the bus took just about 10 minutes to get there. Jasmijn was really nice as well and waited for us to arrive to explain everything in person. Her manual also gave some tips about local bars and restaurants. We tried one of the recommended restaurants and the food was really delicious.

Nena’s place feels super cozy and it’s in an amazing location. Within a short walk you can be anywhere downtown. Yet, it’s in an area a bit more quiet. Nena was super helpful too! If I have the chance to return to Utrecht I will try to get her place again :)

Für unsere Zwecke optimale Wohnung. Beste Lage um zum LeGuessWho Festival zu kommen. Wouter ist ein super Gastgeber, zuverlässig und gut erreichbar. Ich durfte sogar sein Piano benutzen, seine gute Hifi-Anlage war hilfreich um uns auf das Festival vorzubereiten, sie lief den ganzen Morgen. Highly recommended, wir kommen wieder.

I highly recommend staying with Margreet. She was very kind, communicative, easy to reach, and made for a very easy self-check in. The apartment is very clean, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and the outdoor area is also very nice and large. I had no problem parking my bike outside overnight. I only stayed for 1 night but thought it was perfect if you want to also visit Utrecht (but don't want to stay overnight in Utrecht proper). Overall, yes you should definitely stay here with Margreet -- you won't be disappointed!

Prachtige lokatie, vlakbij de maas, mooi polder en dijkgebied. Niet een supermarkt in de buurt maar daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden en zelf thuis al even van alles gehaald. Huis is een van de weinigem in de regio, althans die ik kon vinden, met 3 aparte slaapkamers, met 3 vrienden wel zo prettig. Goed verzorgd alles binnen en buiten en erg schoon. Ruime slaapkamers en prima douche, wc en keuken. Fijne banken om te zitten en bij te kletsen, we hadden ook nogal geluk met het weer dus ook lekker buiten op het terrasje gezeten. Josette reageerde snel en was bijzonder vriendelijk, dus helemaal goed!
