A beautiful property with breathtaking views of the sea! We loved being so close to the centre of Brighton (and only a short walk into Hove) and yet felt away from the hustle and bustle by being on the top floor and away from the noisiest parts of town. The flat was pristine, spacious and comfortable. Would love to book again next time we are in Brighton.

House in a great location with loads of room for everyone, none of the rooms felt overcrowded despite there being many of us there. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Such a lovely cosy cottage - loved the log fire and the little back garden was a sweet little sun trap. Perfect for our girls mini break to the seaside - right by the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Thank you so much would love to come back again sometime.

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Will's first floor apartment is a perfect and cleverly designed space for one or two people to stay. We walked in and were immediately impressed. My daughter was reminded of Copenhagen accommodation! cosy throws on the furniture, very clever storage in the kitchen. It feels homely, with a great take of travel and other interesting books, and also some plants. (I did remember to give them a drink!) The bathroom is a decent size with a big walk in shower, everything clean, with towels, shower gel, shampoo etc. The bedroom also has clever storage, yes the bed is high but I'm only 5 foot tall and had no problem. comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. The location is quiet at night, the flat has modern glazing which minimises noise too. it manages to be close to the sea, the pier, the town, and the parking space is on the road that has the beautiful Queens Park at the top end! My young dog also settled quickly, and local dogs and owners were friendly. excellent.

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

What a fantastic flat, great space, quirky decor, good positive aura. Secret garden and the Nook... bonus hidden gems. Vikki and Mel, have considered most things.... well equipped kitchen, d/w, washing machine..large fridge freezer. Central heating/ hot water is excellent (my wife feels that cold more than any woman on planet earth).... complimentary g&ts. in summary, excellent flat, excellent location, excellent hosts. would certainly stay there again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

A great stay in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and close to Shoreham town centre with easy buses in. Felt right at home and communication was top tier. Definitely consider this for a weekend beach getaway!

The residence was set out perfectly for our group. Really nice communal kitchen/diner. Location was excellent.

Cute little place, beautifully decorated throughout, classy interior with fantastic views across the Marina from the balcony. Plenty of choices for food and drink on the doorstep but you wouldn’t know it as the Marina was lovely and quiet on an evening. We particularly enjoyed hiring electric bikes (using the Beryl app) for the short ride along the promenade into town. Highly recommend.

Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed in. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. There are lots of lovely walks from the property. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves was so relaxing. There are plenty of shops and takeaways close by. It was also only a short drive into Brighton or you could walk as our teenagers decided to do one day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to visit again in the future 😍

Clean, simple and functional. Very convenient location for the beach and restaurants. Has the advantage of parking which is a big plus in Brighton. It’s a small place, ideally to use as a ‘base’ for exploring Brighton rather than spending lots of time in the accommodation. Lovely Hosts, would recommend.

Beth was a very warm and welcoming host. The chalet was beautiful, and was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Beth had composed a very helpful guide to the area. We were made to feel very at home by Beth, her lovely son and all of the well behaved, friendly animals. We would highly recommend the Shoreham Chalet.

Lovely place, I’d recommend to anyone going. Very spacious and home-y.
