Just returned home from a great stay at Nick's place. Fantastic communication, really flexible and always quick to reply. The house has everything we need for a comfortable stay and everything was in great condition. Location is great too - really close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants, plus a bus stop at the top of the road to access the centre of Brighton. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Wendy was so helpful with info before arriving and made sure every base was covered with our stay. The home was perfect for 8 of us to stay and relax. I would recommend staying at Wendy’s for any large groups wanting to be close to Brighton but in a peaceful area.

Das Zimmer mit Bad und Küche war total schön, gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Haben es leider nur 1 Nacht genießen können. Zentrale Lage für Bus, Bahn, Fähre. Diets war im Kontakt sehr angenehm und zuverlässig.

Orsolya was really helpful in getting us set up in the house. It is definitely their home and it made us feel cosy and at home, too. The sauna was also great!

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

We had a lovely time. Gorgeous family house with the sweetest cat. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again, thank you so much!

Fabulous property, a real 5* stay. Perfect abode, beautifully presented. A quiet spot in the middle of everything and Jenny’s communication was excellent too. Thoughtful provisions, which really helped it feel homely and welcoming. Lovely, lovely, lovely; we would definitely book again.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

This is a lovely spot for a few days in Brighton. It's close to the sea, and also to the centre of Brighton, as well as well placed for Kemptown. St James Street at the top end has all the amenities you could need and some excellent places to eat and drink as well. The flat itself is spacious, characterful and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Peter gave clear communication at all times and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Matt ganz fantastisch: er schreibt im Vorfeld genau, wie man seinen Aufenthalt planen kann, wo ein Parkplatz ist, wo die Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu finden sind. Auch gibt er Tipps und Hinweise, wo in der Umgebung Ausflugsziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerte Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind. Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten (mehr als das: selbst ein Fön, den wir zuhause vergessen haben, haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und haben viele von Matts Vorschläge umgesetzt und so viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Region besucht. Danke dafür - es war wunderbar!

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend staying at this place for several reasons: - Simon and his wife are both kind and welcoming people, who take great care of their house and of the people staying in it. - The house is extremely spacious but also very cosy (loved all the little lights making the atmosphere so nice). Everything has been thought through to make sure anything you might need is available. - Simon’s love for this city and house shines through the recommendations he made us and his enthusiasm in general! Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back at some point!

Wir hatten Pech mit der Anreise konnten aber dann flexibel anreisen! Der Empfang war freundlich! Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und vom Fenster aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Gärten; das Bad ist groß ind kann durch Fenster gelüftet werden. Das Frühstück ist einfach, weiches Brot mit Butter und Marmelade, Kekse, Tee und Instantkaffee, Früchte Milch und Saft! Es muss auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden. In der Nähenist ein Pub, dass bietet Mittagessen und Abendessen an! In der Stadt kann man Frühstücken, je nach Anbieter 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß! Uber Taxi aus der Stadt kostet 9 Pfund! Bahnhof ist um die Ecke!

Andrew is a super experienced host and he makes everything he can to let you feel at home. He's keen of his home and the surrounding area, which is pristine and enjoyable. Have had a pleasant staying.

parfaitement accueilli. Parfaitement adapté à nos besoins, deux adultes et un adolescents, petite chambre mansardée au dernier étage d’une maison habitée par Rachel et Morgan. Un lit double un lit simple. Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour la ville de Brighton. Petit déjeuner très correct, servi en chambre entre 7h30 et 10 h selon votre demande. Ticket de stationnement compris dans le prix. (le stationnement à Brighton est assez coûteux.) Je recommande.
