Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my elderly Mum, sister and cousin. The bungalow clearly has been renovated recently, and it’s spotless, yet feels comfortable. It’s light, airy and spacious and very well equipped. The garden is very neat and tidy. We paid extra to use the hot tub which was great. A lovely, modern Samsung TV in the living room meant we could watch films in the evening on a high quality TV. Kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet. We had such a relaxing break we are thinking of returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

Can only say, "We will be coming here again". Lovely place, great unobtrusive hosts, all perfect.

We had a fantastic couple of days at Sam's beautiful treehouse. Sam honestly couldn't have been more helpful. The hot tub was wonderful and location was absolutely perfect. I also booked a 30 minute massage with her which was blissful. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

Clare was a warm and welcoming host. The cabin was clean and beautifully presented with candles and the log burning fire lit upon our arrival. The hot tub was lovely on the sunny days to relax and look out on the beautiful views, it is covered so if you’re not so lucky with weather you can still make good use of it. Wild deer roamed the fields at dawn and dusk. Lovely walks from the property with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. Remote enough to feel away from everything but close enough to town you can get food delivered if you don’t fancy cooking. Clare accommodated the booking request at very short notice and kindly left some treats for my husband’s birthday. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would love to return.

Rachael was a great host! The most attentive host I’ve had on Air BnB, maintain contact before and throughout the stay, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was beautiful, the type of house I’d love to live in in the future, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s lived in rather than a hotel or a BnB set up just to make money. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the cottage.. We have stayed in number of places when we come down and visit but would definitely stay here again. It was very cute had the most wonderful shower and was in Steyning itself so no need to drive. Beautiful park close by, great pubs and lovely shops. Everything we needed was supplied

We loved our stay at Joe's!! We'd recommend to anyone wanting a bit of a digital detox weekend. We don't live very far away at all, but this weekend felt like a complete removal of normal life as we were transported to a beautiful, calm and relaxing stay. The Shepherds Hut was super cosy and warm considering it was around 5 degrees outside over the weekend and colder at night. The sauna obviously was the star of the show for this reason too and one of the main reasons we booked this stay, it did not disappoint!! Lovely touches include the breakfast food in the fridge for the mornings & coffee, tea and hot chocolate all stocked. The privacy and space in the kitchen and bathroom. The walk out onto the public trail to take you into Lewes town centre, a gorgeous walk we'd 100% recommend. Joe was super friendly and available to help with anything we needed, couldn't have asked for any more from a host or stay! We'd love to come back in the summer!

Immaculately clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martin communicated well before our stay and was extremely responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

Very comfortable and welcoming. Parking easy at local car park. Library lovely as was lady in the shop . Fish and Chips very close by and very tasty. Shame about the Chinese takeaway. Cath very friendly and helpful.

We came here for my best friends Hen Do this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property is really lovely and beautifully decorated, a little bit smaller than the pictures but was absolutely fine as there was 12 of us. Charles and Natasha were soooo helpful and could not have done more for us before, during and after our stay. Always quick to respond and even helped resolve a left behind item. The location is perfect and only a short walk from Brighton station. Really easy to get a taxi from too as there was a taxi rank opposite - lots of shops near by. It had everything we needed including toiletries, towels and some drinks. Only a couple of small complaints which aren’t really complaints: the front gate doesn’t lock which meant we did find people in the alleyway to the apartment at night. There was a slight smell in the kitchen and no freezer which is a shame. It does get warm in the bedrooms too and could not have windows open due to music outside. Would return again!

We were three families, a total of 12 people, who stayed at Pip’s house for a week. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for larger groups. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice, and we enjoyed the walk into the city center. Pip is a very friendly and experienced airbnb-host, and she responded quickly to all texts. All twelve of us will highly recommend Pip’s house!

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Carrie is a fantastic host and we enjoyed our stay at her place. The cottage has everything you need for a long family stay. And families with young kids will enjoy extra stuff like high chairs and toys. There is also a nice private garden and the bbq area.

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Wow! We absolutely loved this 3-day break. The pool exclusivity was amazing; all the facilities are brilliant and the accommodation is extremely comfy and cosy. Our sunday roast at The Gribble Inn was a real highlight. The kids loved the loft room (the stairs as advertised are steep!) and the beds were so comfortable. We are already planning our return for 2025. So impressive.
