We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the city centre was extremely conveniently located from the flat and everything we wanted for a ‘touristy’ trip to Brighton was within walking distance. We had great food options and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!😃

What a breathtaking view to wake up to in the morning, we wrapped up warm and spent many hours on the beach, walked to the pier, made good use of the gym....We are dreaming of returning again soon. Just returned from a perfect stay at Janet's caravan. Beautifully kept, absolutely spotless with lovely homely touches (thanks for the welcome drinks!) We felt right at home straight away. Janet was very quick to respond to my questions before i booked, and quickly sorted out an issue with the entertainment passes for me. The campsite is huge, but the caravan is ideally situated close to the sea and restaurants/ indoor pool, but was peaceful enough to enjoy the decking area. We were so lucky with the weather! Thank you for having us Janet, and hope to return.

Lovely apartment, clean and modern. Same as show in the pictures. Would fully recommend. Great stay! Gravel parking instructions could be clearer on arrival.

Staying at Sophia's place was truly one of the most special experiences I’ve had through Airbnb (if not the best). From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home – not just as guests, but as part of her family. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality touched our hearts in so many ways. As soon as you cross the door, the most beautiful furry friends will be there to say hi – genuinely the cutest girls! If you love dogs, I can guarantee you’ll fall in love. 🐼🐻❤️ Sophia's home was amazing, you can feel how much love and care she puts into creating a space that is warm and inviting. 100% recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! The studio apartment was spacious, with a great layout that made it feel very comfortable. It was just a 5 minute walk from the station. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth, and i was able to extend my stay easily. The only downside was that the apartment got quite warm during the day, even with the blinds down, so a fan would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e comodo. La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

Lovely clean and tidy, would be a squeeze for 4 people but was comfortable for 3 of us for the one night. Great little kitchen and bathroom. Loved the private parking area although getting round the back of the building there was a giant tree stump that has created a large dip in the path which made the car hit the deck very hard and scratched the under carriage of the car. Not bad damage but be warned!

A lovely spacious bedroom with attractive decor and comfortable bed. Francesca was a warm and friendly host.

We had a lovely stay. There was a footpath next to the accommodation which was handy to get into Graffham. The facilities in the accommodation were very lovely, but we did bang our heads a couple of times on the slanted walls in the bedroom. The accommodation was in driving range of other interesting towns The terrain of the farm roads was a bit rough on our car.

The house was absolutely stunning and had no trouble housing my family of 6 adults and 3 children. Bibi was a great host and very accommodating with our dogs. The beech was less than a 5min walk and the local shops/ pubs were lovely, again within walking distance in the opposite direction. We also went into Chichester for a shopping trip and found loads of shops and restaurants which was not even a half hour drive away. Really enjoyed the house and the area as a whole and would defo stay again. Thanks for having us!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful house. The perfect place for an escape to the countryside. The house is a charming period property with a new modern country kitchen and living area which was perfect for our group to socialise. We did a beautiful walk directly from the house and had a great lunch in the pub opposite. Vanessa was a fantastic host and responded to our queries straight away. The pelotons were an added bonus! Thank you for having us!

Emily was an incredible host. Friendly, helpful and responsive. Her home is large, cosy and beautifully decorated. We spent a wonderful 24 hours as a group of 8 friends and enjoyed relaxing by the fire and catching up. The setting is peaceful and the countryside stunning. Perfect for walks. We loved our stay. Vanessa is a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended! This very attractive property has lots of cottage features as well as modern developments. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The view from the terrace and garden are stunning. It's a very pretty and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful house in stunning gardens. Very private and secluded. For a multi generational family trip I couldn’t think of somewhere better suited. The gardens are divided into different areas, lawn for relaxing, tennis courts and grassy field for sports, etc. The house has several spaces in which you can relax as a large group, or separate snugs to go to if you need to take young children for a time out! Sophie was extremely responsive when we had an issue and took time to quickly resolve it. Highly recommend and would be glad to stay again.

The place was lovely. Nice and clean and fresh. Plenty of equipment for the kitchen. Clean bathrooms with clean towels. Bed linen was clean and fresh. Parking was good and it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Emma for the daffodils and to Angela for the started pack, it was so nice we wish we had stayed longer. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!
