Lovely property with above and beyond service.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It was very easy to relax here at the end of the day. The kitchen is bright, spacious and well-equipped. Louise is very generous with her basic foodstuffs: teas, condiments, sauces etc. She also bought us fresh bread and milk. Louise is a great communicator. She always responded almost immediately and was always friendly and thoughtful in her messages. The rules were clear and easy to follow. The mirror in the bathroom has a switch on the right that lights it up- very nice. The shower has great water pressure. Just up the hill- less than a 2 minute walk- is a pub, the Fox on the Downs. It's a friendly, social place where we felt welcomed and met interesting people. Dobbie's Garden Center next to the racecourse- less than a 5 minute walk- has a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch and a small Waitrose grocery store inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Stayed at Andrea’s place for Brighton Marathon. It’s a beautiful house with lots of room and has an aspect that made the most of the fabulous weather. What was great was Andrea allowed us to check out late so we could recover after the Marathon, which was a life saver as it was very hot yesterday and we were a bit shattered. So huge thanks Andrea :))

A very beautiful place, exactly as described. Very accessible, everything around the house especially the fish and chip shop. 😋😋😋 wolfies of hove. The place is very clean and Ben provided everything at home. Unforgettable journey. Im sure when we arrange another trip it will be the same place. Thanks Ben

Amazing apartment - nicely decorated, very spacious and location is in the centre of everything!

Jo's home was gorgeous and had the wow factor as soon as we walked in. It is very stylish. The location was perfect for us, it was very central and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Jo was very accommodating to us when we found we needed some help with the car and it was very much appreciated. Jo's communication was great. I would definitely recommend and I would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Great location, really close to Hove lawns and seafront. The flat itself was really clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend stay. Parking was easy and good instructions were provided. Only very slight negative was on check out where we were about to leave at 11 am, but the host let themselves into the flat bang on 11 am. We felt a little rushed and while I appreciate it was the check out time, a courtesy knock would've been appreciated.

Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Charlie was a very good host responded to my messages quickly! The place we stayed was amazing and very well looked after! Would definitely recommend!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Hugely enjoyable stay in Hove! This place is perfect for a little family holiday to Brighton & Hove. Lots of space, bright and clean on a lovely street. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a perfect bolt hole for our little family. The host Mark is super responsive and even helped us reclaim a bag of beloved marvel characters which we mistakenly left behind. Highly recommend!

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

Brilliant location and accommodation was excellent. We were delighted with everything.

We stayed for a Hen Do and it was perfect! Amazing location, stunning view of the pier and sea. They provided towels which was a pleasant surprise and very helpful. The kitchen space is obviously limited for cooking but that was clear from the photos, so we had food brought in. Couldn’t have found a better place!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie
