For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

We only have good things to say!!! Helen and family were so lovely and welcoming. We felt right at home, and what a gorgeous home! So many thoughtful touches and had everytbing we needed and more!! The sauna and natural pool were great fun, and it was so relaxing to have a fire on in the evening. This was the PERFECT setting for our group holiday (and perfect place for our celebration!). Also we would recommend booking Eva their daughter for a yoga session, it was incredible and very restorative. Have left the holiday feeling very grateful and restored! Thank you!!!

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

We had a wonderful stay at 1CC. Beautiful property in an amazing location. The cottage is so inviting whilst being spacious and cosy at the same time. The whole family loved it and can't wait to return. Loved all of Deb's fabulous artwork too.

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

We had a great stay at Frances’s house. The house is very spacious and beautifully appointed. We did a lot of sightseeing but it was so nice coming back to the house in the afternoons as it felt like home. Burnham Market which is very close to Thorpe has an excellent butcher and deli where we bought supplies for our evening meals. We had a truly wonderful, restful stay and would consider coming back in the future. Thank you Frances. Paulina

We had a great stay at Scott’s house. Lovely stay in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Holt. Scott was great with communications, easy instructions for access and also in the house for amenities etc Homemade Victoria sponge waiting for us was a greatly appreciated gesture! Will definitely come again.

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

What a wonderful find. This beautiful bungalow was everything my friend I wanted. Airy, light, comfortable, well equipped and only a couple of minutes walk from the sensational sandy beach and Norfolk Coastal path. Also within walking distance was an incredibly well stocked shop, with everything you might need….and more! We were blessed with beautiful sunshine throughout our short stay which really showed the bungalow off at it’s best. The car stayed in the driveway for our stay….and we explored on foot!! We hope to be back later in the year. Thank you Tommy and Naomi for the thoughtful bag of goodies that were there for us on arrival with a lovely note of welcome. A truly wonderful long weekend.

What a fabulous peaceful location, couldn't see the sea but could hear it at night through the open bedroom window. Excellent instructions book. Great mattresses & John Lewis bedding. Some very taste full artwork on the walls (esp liked the Philip Gardner's). Impressive batterie de cuisine, cutlery, glasses etc. All good quality items.

All we could all say, was what a fantastic time we all had as a family! We truly felt at home and everything that we could need was catered for. Orford is a beautiful village nearby as well. We would definitely look at booking again. Thank you Katie, Sam and Tina.

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Absolutely perfect location to celebrate a 70th Birthday weekend with family. Property had everything required and the hosts really had thought of everything. Would definitely visit again.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

We were 2 couples with 2 dogs & found the location excellent, the house wonderful & homely. The enclosed garden was so useful with the dogs. We were so impressed with the comfort of the house & it has to be the best equipped property any of us have stayed at. It is a real pleasure to be able to stay somewhere so lovely when having the dogs with us. Herve has thought of everything & as stated in the welcome book, all appliances were set up for ease of use & were a pleasure to use. Weather was kind enough that we sat in the rear garden watching & listening to the birds. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & we will stay there again if available. Easy walk or short drive into Aldeburgh with its lovely shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. Thank you - we loved everything about this house!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.
