We had a great stay in Amanda's spotless apartment. Amanda and Dean were very responsive and keen to help resolve a small issue we had with the WiFi during our stay, which was very much appreciated. It is a short walk to Lowestoft high street in one direction, and the beautiful South Beach in the other. As others have said, earplugs will help with the seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the harbour with the binoculars handily provided in the flat!

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

I booked this house for my sister’s hen do and it exceeded our expectations! The house itself is so lovely and the views from the back garden are amazing. It had everything we needed and we had a great weekend staying there. Janine was a great host, always available to contact and told us everything we needed to know. The house is about a 15 min drive from Norwich town centre, on the Saturday evening we got 4 taxis for £8 each to the city centre. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large party!

Very nice and peaceful area. House was lovely and clean. Parking was a little tight but we have a large 4x4 car. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The lounge area was cosy. There was nothing we could fault. Ian the host was very friendly and gave us clear instructions. We had a lovely 2 nights away. Highly recommended

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

Lovely stay and beautiful home

Loved our stay here! Hannah and Andy were super responsive.The kitchen space and gardens was beautiful and we would definitely stay again. For anyone considering booking do it. I would also recommend bringing some ear plugs if your guests can be loud, as the bedrooms are very close together.

We had a perfect few days staying here in Horning. The house was fantastic and the village was beautiful. Tom was also a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place! The home was in a great location right by the seafront, with just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy with Laura and she was responsive to messages. We will look to book here again if we return to Cromer in the future!

Stayed here with a group of friends. The house is beautiful and incredibly quiet. It looks exactly like the photos and we’d definitely consider returning. It felt very spacious with enough room in the kitchen and lounge for us all. We didn’t meet Filippa but she was very quick to respond to messages. The house is a lovely, long walk away from Southwold and the beach. Lots to do in Southwold. Would highly recommended a stay here.

This is a fabulous little place to stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and tidy. The location is great, especially if paddling is your thing as the river is literally right on the doorstep. The view from the little garden is so beautiful.

We loved staying at Beside the Willows. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the river on a private deck watching wildlife and relaxing. The private sauna was an excellent extra feature that we really enjoyed and added to a very special stay. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. It’s set in a beautiful location and we hope to come back and stay for longer next time.

A lot of care and thought has gone into setting up this place. Well equipped kitchen, toys and boards games for children of various ages (ours were especially delighted by the giant box of Lego and the star projector), tasteful decor and views from the windows. You can see the beach from the windows - it was that close! Also many other less crowded beaches within 15-30 minutes drive nearby. We were very impressed and had a very comfortable stay. Emma was friendly and helped us with parking and check in. Thank you Emma!

Great location. Right on the seafront with beautiful sea views of Cromer and the pier. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a Smart TV in the main bedroom. Don't be put off with the apartment being above No1 Chip Shop. There was no noise and no smell of fish and chips (until we brought some into the apartment!) They were delicious by the way, definitely recommend. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay. The only things I would say to improve it would be to have tea, coffee and sugar available for guests. There was milk, wine and buscuits, but after a long journey we were desperate for a cuppa and had to pop to the shop to get some (only minor complaint as the shop is across the road) and access to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. The stairwell was very scruffy and could be improved in line with the beautiful apartment.

Lovely spot, very close to the front. Very comfy, with everything you need for the stay. Little sun trap spot in the garden is lovely in the morning. Totally recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Mist and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It truly is a home from home. Elaine is such a welcoming host who cannot do enough for you! We absolutely loved our stay Glide Surf Casa. The views over Cromer was incredible in the morning sunrise and the location was great and a 5 min walk to the centre and beach was perfect. The place was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here.
