They had the door unlocked for easy entry. The porch light was on along with the heater, it felt so cozy. cement parking pad was shoveled along with a walking path. The bed was very comfortable as was the message chair. The key is very easy to access. The instructions given were very clear. Really enjoyed the stay.

Kokomo Cottage

It felt like we were right at home (after the housekeeper had been there). She has put a lot of thought into the home and it shows. The hot tub was fantastic! We had questions and it didn't take any time at all for her to reply. 100% recommend the Kokomo Cottage!

Charming Rural Farmhouse on a Working Alpaca Farm

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Heritage Farms! We booked the weekend for a bachelorette get-away, and it was the perfect location and place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful and it was very spacious. The bedrooms were stocked with pillows and blankets, while the bathrooms had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap too. We loved the living room and kitchen as well. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen, which was great! However, if possible, I would recommend bringing your own kitchen knives and cutting boards. The tour and alpaca feeding was a lot of fun, and we enjoyed this weekend!

The house was as described. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location to come and go anywhere in town.

I had an amazing three-month stay at Okezie's place. Okezie was incredibly attentive and a genuinely nice person. His hospitality made my experience truly memorable. I had a fantastic time during my stay and would highly recommend his place to others.

Master Bedroom in Downtown Kokomo

Jeff has an absolute gem of a house! Very historical, beautiful furniture, and extremely comfortable (plus a cute cat). Our room was private, felt like a second home, and had one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. The bathroom was also perfect, with every amenity one could want. Jeff was extremely communicative when it came close to check-in, had very good instructions, and he also provided us with several recommendations for food and drink in the area. Kokomo is a great town to visit! He was also very responsive and accommodating for the duration of the trip. I would highly recommend for anybody visiting the area!
