Чудове помешкання! Ми орендували цей підвал на 2 тижні, і не хотіли звідти їхати. Хазяйка дуже привітна, так само як її родина. Підвал дуже просторий, має добре опалення, електрокамін, прекрасну душову, кухну та навіть окрему зону для прання. Хазяйка запропонувала моїм дітям іграшки - великі машинки, яким вони були дуже раді! Сама вона дуже привітна, нам навіть пощастило скуштувати її національної кухні. Всім рекомендую це помешкання!

The house was lovely! Super spacious and clean and good decor. The outdoor area was huge and lots of places to relax outside even though we did not use any because it was too darn cold!!!

A beautiful location, in an incredible little town! We enjoyed everything about our stay, and Nikolai was super helpful with clear directions. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been traveling to the Fort Meade area for several years to visit family. Albert’s place checked all the boxes. I will definitely be back. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The location is convenient to everything the Baltimore/DC area has to offer. For me it was minutes away from Fort Meade. Groceries, shops and restaurants were all close by. Further, it was a lovely place for walks. Albert was extremely communicative. Checking to making sure everything was great before, during and after my stay. I highly recommend Albert’s place!

What a cool old house! We love historic homes, and this place was interesting and in the center of everything. We have family nearby and may use this as a home base when we come to visit with our dog. The only thing that would make this better in the future is if there was a queen bed in the master bedroom instead of a full. Thanks for the great stay!

This place is close to the airport and conveniently located. There wasn’t a ton of noise from the planes so don’t worry! Traffic through the neighborhood was normal, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and receptive to feedback.

Another delightful stay with Bo and Gillian. Perfect hosts; kind, helpful and responsive. Bo and their 2 kids helped us bring our stuff from the car to the apartment the snowy night we arrived! I love the art and decor so much. Bed is super comfortable. We slept very well. Our granddaughter enjoyed her time with us there too. We will be back. Highly recommend this special place. We have enjoyed getting to know Bo and Gillian. Thanks so much!!

Hudson’s place exceeded our expectations. Quick two day trip to DC with family who’ve never been. Easy to find. On street parking pass. The apartment was well appointed. Everyone had their own space. Easy walk to delicious and diverse dining options. The walk to the metro was 10-15 minutes. Hudson was an excellent host. We plan on returning!

Many things to like here. Great location. Easy access and plenty of parking. Active host communication. The kitchenette, albeit small, had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast. Even had the proper beer glassware for my Belgian beer. Couldn't have been happier with my choice here. If you are visiting Baltimore for the first time then you will enjoy this place. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with tons of places to eat and drink, giving you a nice flavor of Baltimore while only being a short cab ride down to the inner harbor. Will definitely stay here the next we return.

One of my favorite stays was at John’s place, where he truly made it feel like home. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, was incredibly peaceful and serene. I particularly enjoyed spending time by the koi pond; the vibrant fish added a soothing touch to the environment. Even when we lost power, it turned into a cozy experience. We lit candles, played games, and John provided extra flashlights. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the ambiance felt perfect, creating a warm, intimate setting that reminded me of home.

Have been staying there for a few years now. Always a prompt responsive host. Especially like the king size bed and oversized sofa. We will continue to make it the #1 place to stay in Sykesville.

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

This was my 2nd stay here and will surely not be my last. Kathleen and Wayne are great hosts and do not leave out any details. The apartment is perfect for a couple or 2 adults. I was able to spend quality time relaxing and recharging my batteries. Thank you for a great experience!

What a charming spot! Photos depict the place very well. It’s spacious, well laid out, private and quiet. Will definitely book again!

Very cute and charming cabin. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city this quiet oasis is the place for you. Crossing the little suspension bridge to another land. The stars of the show were the two charismatic goats, Fred and Felix- we love them. The only warning is if you have any mobility issues and have to get up several times a night to go to the bathroom (which we did), it can be rough. The spacious bedroom is located on the second floor. Hosts were nice, respectful and attentive to details. We have enjoyed our peaceful stay.

This is such a nice spot if someone wants to get away from a suburban/city enviroment. Super cozy vibes and the hosts were kind and checked in on us while we were there during a snow storm. Overall highly recommend. Very private and comfortable cabin experience.

Wonderful and cozy stay in stunning setting - great if you want to go camping with a bit more comfort. The train was quite loud so good to be aware of that, but we had anticipated it so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Hope to come back next year!

I took my wife here for her very 1st cabin experience and the place did NOT disappoint. The place was just perfect and as described in the site. Although the cabin was not "in the woods," it was perfectly situated in a quiet and peaceful town where we had access to everything. Heather was very communicative, responded quickly to questions sent her way, and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and found things to do in nearby areas every day. Thank you, Heather, for sharing your cabin! We definitely loved it and will definitely be back soon.

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

A wonderfully cozy spot that strikes a great balance between being close enough to DC and NoVa to get to pretty quickly, but also feeling like you're "getting away." So many nice touches throughout the space, and well-stocked! I'll have to come back when it's warmer to enjoy all that the space has to offer (volleyball, the pond)! Was so close to good hiking, and it was delightful to drink my morning coffee on the screened porch wrapped in a blanket. Exactly what I needed! Joe and Lori were amazing, too. :)

Great home. Close to Frederick and Middleton. The location was quiet and peaceful. Drove in after a long day of travel and it was beautifully decorated inside and out for Christmas. Meticulously cleaned. We’ll definitely be back. We’d like to see it during each season.
