Franco was always very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was important to us as we were celebrating Christmas there. The house is in a very quiet area with a large yard.

We stayed at Nikolai's place for 4 days to spend time with family in the area. The location was perfect for a peaceful time together - but also conveniently located to visit Old Ellicott City, local playgrounds, and to pop into Target for essentials. The home had everything we needed; the beds were comfy, and the front porch was perfect for enjoying ice cream and bubbles with our toddler! We'd love to stay again next time we're in Maryland.

We stayed at Sohail's place while we were in town for a baby shower. The listing was as-discribed and a good value compared to other listings that were available in the area. Sohail was very responsive and helpful in getting us the crib we needed for my son within 30 minutes of our arrival (I forgot to let them know ahead of time that we needed it and they still went above and beyond to make sure we had it!). The only thing close to a complaint that we had was that the basement apartment was quite chilly even after adjusting the thermostat, which was not a problem because we run hot, but if you're typically cold it might be hard for you to stay warm. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay again/recommended the place to others :)

Couldn’t be a better place to stay if you are coming to town. Walk right down to the restaurants and shops! Perfect weekend getaway

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfect for my family. The host was amazing—super kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything we needed was readily available, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The home had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept space. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

We had a great stay at Anne’s! It was easy to find and was perfect for a quick stay.

Gillian and Boe were fantastic hosts, and our stay at their place was amazing. Very comfortable for the two of us, everything was very clean, and the amenities were great. Plenty of towels, easy kitchen access, private entrance. Gillian and Boe were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The area is lovely, with a great downtown area not far and a 5 minute drive to the metro station. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in prime DC neighborhood. The apartment was extremely clean, and we loved having a kitchen for cooking meals. Hudson even provided few items for us (we loved the chocolates!). We used the street parking pass which was great, but DC parking is tricky, and Hudson was very helpful when we had a parking issue. I stayed here with my young kids and recommend this for families!

Accommodations were great! Immaculate, comfortable and nicely furnished. Kitchen was very well equipped, including coffee, tea and condiments. Seniors may find the exterior stairs up to the apartment challenging. Great location in downtown Frederick.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

As always it was a pleasant stay with fantastic hosts.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

Laura was an amazing host!! Not only was her place very cozy and had everything my friends and I needed for our stay, but it was also in a great spot right near downtown Frederick. She was also very communicative and accommodating! Would very much recommend staying at Laura's beautiful home if you are looking to stay in Frederick.

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

We visit DC several times a year but had never stayed in Bethesda before this visit, and we found it surprisingly pleasant and convenient. This condo was perfectly clean and comfortable and Mark was especially proactive in making sure we had no problems checking in, or out, and he got in touch several times during our stay with suggestions to make it even better. The building is in great shape, city noise was minimal, and public transportation a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.

For a larger party of people, the price is hard to beat. Sleeps 8 comfortably on average of 60ish a night... right in the heart of downtown Frederick. The security and intro process to getting into the apartment is a bit of a hassle, but it does provide a nice safety element. It's slightly hard to park and unpack (especially with multiple people driving separately) but the walkability and convenience far outweigh those concerns. Overall, excellent location and I would recommend it highly.
