Die Lage ist zentral, was uns gefreut hat und alles war sauber. Marina ist sehr freundlich und hat uns Sehenswürdigkeiten vorgeschlagen.

Прекрасная комфортабельная, просторная и красивая квартира. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Большая спальня с удобной кроватью, дополнительное белье и полотенца. Есть горячая вода и отопление, хорошо работающий интернет. Окна выходят на две стороны, на красивый парк, и во двор. Вся инфраструктура и большие магазины рядом, в пешей доступности на проспекте. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, встретили рано утром из аэропорта и помогли освоиться на месте. Отличное место, очень понравилось.

Everything was great! The only thing is that we either didn't understand how to turn it on or some of the lights didn't turn on and there wasn't enough light in the apartment in the evening but these are trifles. Very nice atmospheric apartment, we were very pleased!

Особенно понравились теплые полы — помогали согреться после прогулок. На кухне было все, что нужно для готовки. Район очень тихий. Все необходимые магазины находятся буквально в шаговой доступности, что было очень удобно. Квартира уютная, в ней сразу ощущаешь себя как дома. Приятным сюрпризом стала елочка, которую хозяева поставили специально к праздникам — это добавило новогоднего настроения. Владельцы квартиры всегда отвечали на все вопросы быстро, с заселением и выездом также не было никаких проблем. Идеальное место для отдыха в Ереване. Однозначно рекомендуем!

I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. The building and entrance were also very impressive, everything was clean and well-maintained. I want to especially highlight the host, Saro, who was very responsive and kind. You cannot go wrong with staying here. Very good place with everything you need to stay comfortably in Yerevan and you cannot ask for a better location. Artavazd provided it with everything we needed as well

Отличное жильё. Есть всё что нужно как для краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного жилья. Очень удобные кровать и диван! Очень отзывчивый хозяин, помог нам с заселением и с детскими вещами, премного ему благодарны. В течение всего проживания помогал и с инструкциями, и с уборкой, и настройками в помещении.

Огромное спасибо за эту квартиру! Квартира полностью стоит своих денег, и я могу смело порекомендовать её другим. Мы снимали её на 10 дней вместе с девушкой. Для двоих это отличный вариант. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Всё сделано на высоком уровне. Хозяйка Арпи — замечательный человек: отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Нам пришлось остаться ещё на одну ночь из-за переноса рейса, но для Арпи это не стало проблемой. Огромное спасибо!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The location is perfect—it's close to a shopping center, several great restaurants, and a grocery store, making everything I needed easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, and the bathroom was especially nice, featuring all the comforts I could ask for. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Andranik was a fantastic host, always replying promptly to any questions I had. Without a doubt, I will be booking here again for my next visit to Yerevan. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.
