Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

If this is your first visit to Armenia and you’re accustomed to European or North American AirBnBs, it’s important to adjust your expectations, as the level of service may differ. However, I would definitely recommend this place based on the level of services typically available in Yerevan. The pool is quite small, roughly 3 by 4 meters, but it's refreshing for a quick dip in cold water during the summer. Be prepared to bring your own essentials, such as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so on. In terms of location, it’s about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the heart of Yerevan. The property offers a beautiful city view from its spot on the hill.

Отмечали день рождения большой компанией. Снимали дом на два дня. Сам дом идеально подходит для больших выездов и празднований. Каждое спальное место было очень удобным, свежее постельное белье, удобные матрасы, тёплый пол во всем доме и все необходимые принадлежности (полотенца, зубные щетки, зубная паста, шампуни и кондиционеры) - оставили хорошее впечатление. Понравилось обилие красивой посуды, можно сделать прекрасный ужин на 12 персон и более. Большой мангал и розжиг тоже очень помогли в готовке. Интернет быстрый, качественный. Локация недалеко от продуктовых магазинов в городе (~15 минут) , имейте в виду, что доставки продуктов нет, лучше привезти с собой. Хозяйка дома отвечала быстро и во всем помогала.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The view from the property is breathtaking – you can see the surrounding landscape from every angle, which made mornings and evenings so peaceful and serene. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – a short walk to a beautiful old church -Sevanavank Monastery- making it so convenient to explore the area. Whether you’re relaxing on the terrace with a coffee or taking a stroll to nearby sights, this place truly offers the best of both comfort and nature. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and an amazing host!

The villa was amazing, filled with wonderful ceramic tableware that I absolutely adore. The scent of the house brought back memories from my childhood. Everything there—the wardrobes, mirrors, beautiful ceramic tableware, teapot, beds, sofa, table—was chosen with such taste. I felt in love with the house. It’s not for everyone; you need to have a deep respect for each piece of art there. Thank you for making my stay fabulous!

Отличное место как для приватного отдыха, так и для исследования Еревана и окрестностей. До центра можно добраться за 15 минут на такси. В доме есть большой и чистый бассейн, удобная мангальная зона, сауна работает хорошо. Пять комнат позволяют разместить большое количество гостей. С балконов открывается прекрасный вид на город. В целом, в доме есть все необходимое, а хозяин приветлив и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить: в одной ванных комнат был повреждён смеситель и в душе не регулировалась вода. Также, не хватает более плотных штор - после восхода солнца в спальнях много света, нужны маски для сна.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!
