We spent a wonderful two weeks at Edgar's flat and thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is very clean and neat. The location is also convenient, next to the bus stop, from where you can easily get to the center. And two great parks nearby for walking (we were with a dog and it was especially relevant). Edgar was always in touch, very attentive and caring host, thank him very much. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

Большое спасибо Микаэлю. Провели несколько дней в его квартире и отлично провели время. Удобное расположение, квартира соответсвует фото, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Очень отзывчивый хозяин, большое спасибо за очень ранний заезд и помощь при выезде (было не без приключений). Остались всем довольны, но очень скрипучая кровать. Остальное все прекрасно. Большое спасибо)

Красивая и уютная квартира-студия в центре города. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны, супермаркет 24 часа, все необходимое. Иногда слышен шум с улицы, но нам это не мешало. В квартире есть все необходимое для жилья. Также понравился современный дизайн квартиры.

A massive thank you for the care given to when I stayed. 1. I arrived at 1.30am Kristine had her brother meet me to hand over the keys. The brother was very nice made sure I had the address walked me out of the airport and waited until I got safely into the cab. 2.Kristine then contacted me at around 3am to make sure I got in safely and that I found the flat easily. Again massive thank you for the care not many would do that. 3.the apartment was clean had all amenities. As well as proper heating and air-conditioning 4.the shower is modern and new with great water pressure and proper hot water. 5.around the conner is a small shop with everything in it. And about 1.4km is a massive shopping mall with everything you might need. 6.getting into city centre is easy and very affordable by cab. 7.the only thing I would say is the apartment is sunny so if you like a sleep in the rooms are bright but hey I used a blanket to cover the window. 🤣. But would gladly stay thier again when I am back

This is a stunning apartment with modern fresh renovation, new furniture and nice interior. The apartment has all amenities, the view from the window to Mount Ararat and the location is excellent. I will definitely check in here again the next time I visit Yerevan.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and were super comfortable. The house is fully equipped for long-term stays with a nice kitchen, cooking facilities, great wifi, a working desk, laundry machine, spacious rooms and bathroom and the area is quiet. It's walking distance to the metro and there are supermarkets close by as well. Everything was clean, the beds are comfortable and the house feels cool during the day with big windows for natural light.

Рейс был ночью, встретили без проблем, помогли с чемоданом. В квартире все продумано, удобно для жизни, работы, отдыха. Чисто. Интернет очень хороший. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, гостеприимные, все подробно объясняли, помогали. Большое спасибо, буду рекомендовать

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

And I came back again because this is a place that I am very impressed with. I recommend it 100%.

The place is the same as the pictures and is very clean. Everything that you need is there. Utensils and even cleaning supplies and vacuum and clothing rack in case you need to hang your clothes. Vahan is also very understanding since our flight was very early and was supposed to request early check in but then our tour guide suggested to just use the time and start the tour so we ended up checking in around 7pm and they are still very accommodating. Overall, the stay in their Airbnb was good and have reached my expectations. The only downside was there's no bidet in the toilet so If you want to book the apartment, I suggest for you to bring portable bidet. Anyhow, I still highly recommend this place. Its cheap yet anything you need is there. It is also few blocks away from SAS Supermarket and Pharmacy. There's also a small supermarket on both sides of the street from the hotel in case you need to buy anything without walking a little bit far.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

This is my second stay at Anahit's place and it was perfect as always! I highlighly recommend it and I always feel at home there.

AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.
