Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

Wir haben das Haus der Cecilie sehr genossen. Check in super einfach! Die Lage vom Hause, der Garten mit dem Pool & der Sicht in die Ferne, ist richtig schön. Die Umgebung mit den lokalen Restaurants in der Nähe war super. Dir kleine Beach in der Nähe, mit Massagen am Strand, haben wir auch öfters besucht. Mein Golfspiel kam auch nicht zu kurz, denn mit unserem gemieteten Auto waren die guten Plätze einfach (zeitlich recht ok) gut zu erreichen. Korea Golf Zustand tragisch, Seapine Golfclub ziemlich gut, Palm Hills Golfclub top, Pineapple Golfclub top, Black Mountain Golfclub top ausser die Preise für alles …. zu teuer! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The best villa in Hua Hin hands down. Awesome pool, super chilled relaxing on the verandah. Quiet too.

Très belle maison , dans un quartier calme, la piscine est grande et permet vraiment de nager. La localisation nécessite d’avoir une voiture ou d’avoir recours à un taxi pour se déplacer (shopping,restaurants,plage) La wifi est efficace . Nous avons regretté l’absence d’eau chaude dans 2 chambres sur 4 , ce qui en période « froide » est un peu inconfortable. Sinon tout était très bien et nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Sivana Hideaway Pool Villa was a magnificent stay. The home is lovely, just as pictured, spacious and the pool was amazing! The location is private but you can still order on Grab and Bolt. The customer service was great! The seclusion, home and pool were a perfect getaway!

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had the most amazing stay at this villa in Hua Hin! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. The private pool was a big hit with everyone. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our family group and the garden and outdoor seating areas made it feel like a private paradise. We loved having our morning drinks with the sea breeze and hearing the gentle waves all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with your loved ones, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

Sehr ruhige Lage. Schöne Beach und einige gute Restaurants sind mit Auto oder Motorrad innert 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Silvana Hideaway was the perfect jumping off spot for an easy trip the beaches and restaurants. Management was excellent with extremely good communications. Would highly recommend

A lovely little villa. With a nice private pool in a quiet gated community. The small village that’s nearby has lots of great food and massage parlors.

Great stay for a month, good location if you have a car, nice AC, separate work room, 2 bathrooms, will come again.

Maison très propre de 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau avec petite piscine. Il y a eu un sur booking d'une nuit mais on nous a logé dans un hôtel à proximité et nos gros sacs ont été gardés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être au calme et de pouvoir cuisiner (pas beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours). Ce qu'il manque ou à améliorer : une machine à laver, un ouvre bouteille, une casserole de plus et une poêle en meilleur état. L'hôte a été amicale et réactive. Merci!

Convenient location, good amenities, well set-up catering for both Thai and western families. Good private place to chill with a big group.

Good place , good host I really happy in this place at weekend

This property is great! My family stayed here over Christmas break and loved the house. When we arrived in Bangkok, Nicolas helped secure a car to drive us to Hua Hin. The ride took about four hours (traffic) but it wasn't awful. When we arrived, we picked up the key from security and entered into the beautiful home. The view of the backyard with the pool lit up was beautiful. The house has a great layout and plenty of space; everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well appointed and we always had plenty of bottled water. We enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. There is a DVD player if you want to bring movies for downtime. There will be a housekeeper that arrives every afternoon and is helpful if you need anything. The yard maintenance workers usually showed up in the morning for about an hour. The restaurant on property is great but limited seating so I suggest you make reservations or order take away. As for the spa, I would definitely make an appointment but they aren't very organized. My daughter made appointments through email for four of us, for massage/facial and a separate pedicure. When we arrived they could only take two, so may daughter and friend went, and they only received the massage - no facial and my husband and I didn't get any treatments. As for location, you are about a 20 minute drive to Hua Hin. We did not rent a car but had the property order us a taxi which you need to order early because it may take them 45 minutes to arrive. We decided to hire a driver and just reached out to him when we needed hime. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly suggest this property!
