Thanks to Chichaya, I just had the most amazing and wonderful stay of my entire life with my beloved family. The home is incredible, big, spacious and clean. We really wanted to stay longer but have to go back because of work. But for sure will be back. Loved the people working there, the gym especially the sauna. Going to miss my Sauna 🙏😇❤️‍🔥

Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed inside, the hosts were very responsive and quick. Security people were very friendly on complex. Suggestions to make it even better - padded covers for sun loungers, beds were very hard but that wouldn’t bother some people. The only thing to be aware of and may put me off returning - the villa is close to cockerels that are awake at 5am every morning (we were consequently up very early ! ) location is fantastic - pool overlooks the ocean and everything is within very easy reach to walk or tuk tuk. Overall a great stay would highly recommend !

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

Good location, not far from the town and very peaceful. The room is big and clean. Definitely will come back if I have a chance

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Always a great host, great condo and central location. Easy check in. Nothing was needed condo is in great condition easy to contact manager If anything needed. Will be back again next year. Thanks again for letting our family stay at your condo..

We absolutely loved our stay at Edouard’s place! Everything was just as described and better. The balcony with a view of the sea and mountains was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds with great linens. The entire complex and pool are meticulously maintained and the staff is super friendly! The apartment is on a lovely stretch of beach with bars and restaurants within walking distance in either direction. The place is also within walking distance (10-15min) to a large mall and busy side streets with day/night markets and tons of bars, restaurants and shops. The live music scene was a big plus! We were spoiled for choice everyday! We would definitely recommend Edouard’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with lots to do as well. We hope to return soon!

This stay was a 10 out of 10! Sirida is an excellent host. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. Any time I contacted her I got an immediate and helpful response. The pool is large and clean and there are lots of chairs to sit in around it. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area to chose from and both malls are just a short Songtheaw ride or Bolt ride away. There is even a football standium just up the street where I got to watch the local team in action. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The only note I would make (and it is out of anyone’s control) is that if the water levels are high there is no beach in front of the property. (I am told this is common in January. It got better later in the month.) Thank you Sirida for your hospitality and we hope to come back again sometime.

This was the second time we stayed at Las Tortugas. We love the peaceful environment and there is a 7/11 close by. Only hiccup is getting a taxi, but if you ask the guards they can usually give you a number to contact a local taxi.

I really enjoy my stay at Kulwadee place. Her place was nice and clean and so well stock of everything, I look forward to stay at her place again in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Great place, it was as described, very clean and pretty well equipped. It is quite small, but - solo - I was fine. The location is next to two weekend markets: great food & people watching. The place is very quiet after 10pm. A couple points: the pool area is fantastic, but does not get a lot of sun. If you want to tan all day, it's not for you. The beach is 7 min walk from the flat. But, during high tide, you can't access it. Wait a couple hours and you're fine. Other beaches, shopping and good food are very accessible.

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a condo with pool view and walkable distance to the beach. Malikka provided extra towels and some inflatables for the child, nice touch :). Has also a nice balcony with pool view where you can chill and..a smart TV :)

It was a great experience, I recomend it! It’s a very beautiful place, unique house on to of the water, just a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms was very clean and new. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

บ้านอยู่กลางเมือง แต่อยู่ในซอยที่เงียบสงบ ใกล้ทะเล ใกล้คาเฟ่ ร้านอาหาร บ้านสะอาดเรียบร้อย มีแม่บ้านมาต้อนรับ เหมาะสำหรับการมาเที่ยวเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ อาจจะมีที่จอดรถน้อย และต้องใช้การถอยออกจากซอย แต่เนื่องจากซอยไม่ลึกและรถไม่เยอะเลยไม่เป็นปัญหามากค่ะ 🙏🏻
