Our family of 10 stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with loft and enough spaces. Home is immaculate with all the amenities and daily stuffs you would need at home. Loved our experience and would stay again. Walking distance to the nearby resort and local shops, cafes, theater, beaches. Parking for guests is a plenty. Right outside our door is the gym and swimming pool and trash bin, super convenient. The upstair balcony is spacious, and the backyard patio overlooking the golf course and pond is spectacular.

Fantastic stay for our first time on big island. Keoni’s place was awesome. Updated everything,Tons of space, ac was great. Nice outdoor spaces for morning and evening. Also close 5-10 drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to best beaches on island. And honestly Spencer beach park was our favorite. 20 minutes, soft sand, small waves, tons of shade. Would stay at Keoni’s place again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for a great stay Keoni.

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

The common areas and master suite were very spacious. Huge comfortable couch. The porch was beautiful and relaxing. Within walking distance to Magic Sands Beach, although possibly closer to 10 minutes depending on your pace. Checkout instructions were a breeze. Very comfortable for our 5 guests, everyone had a bed. Perfect distance from center of Kona but felt out of the way and very peaceful. I would absolutely book here again if I ever return!

Had our family of six stay for 11 nights during spring break. Lisa’s place is nicely decorated in the Hawaiian theme.The unit is located in the Hali’i Kai resort, an upscale community in Waikoloa area. The condo was exactly as described, and we were more than comfortable there. Quick walk to the beautiful pool and right next to the pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. We saw whales from the pool deck, and the location is a great launching place to explore Hawaii. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for the great beaches in the area. Anything you need and Lisa will have her designate help you. Would definitely recommend this condo, and would return in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at the Shores in Waikoloa. It was perfectly stocked with everything you need. Vincent is so very helpful and quick to respond. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Beautiful gardens all around you, with a koi pond. Was so nice to walk just down the road to watch the sunsets! Great place absolutely loved it! Thank you Vincent, will hopefully be able to return.

The home was very clean and well organized and had everything we needed. The location was great and was close to the beach, Walmart, Costco and restaurants. Keisha was very helpful and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return and stay at Keisha’s place again!

My husband and I loved our time at Nancy’s condo. The place was clean, very comfortable bed, fully stocked and nicely decorated. We slept great every night. The location was very accessible to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. Nancy was very easy to get ahold of and always friendly. She was flexible in letting us check in early which was so nice to be able to arrive and go straight to the condo instead of waiting. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to Kona.
