Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

This location worked well for the six of us during our three night stay. Judee is proactive in reaching out to ensure the comfort of her guests. The neighborhood seems nice, although we spent most of our time in Manhattan, which is approximately 30-40 minutes away by car (we used Uber). The house was clean, with cute decorations. The rooftop area would be a nice place to have coffee in the morning or wind down at night. Unfortunately the weather was a bit chilly, so we only went up to briefly enjoy the view. This is a comfortable, clean, well-located space. Judee makes the comfort of her guests a priority.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for good value in close proximity to NYC. People complaining about the neighborhood should know although it’s not pretty, it’s probably the safest area of Newark. And let’s be honest, if you’re staying here, you’re probably visiting NYC so you just need a comfy clean place to sleep. This apartment provided all of that with lots of room. Basics like coffee were appreciated for the morning after getting in so late. Great communication from the host regarding anything we needed.

MaryJean was super! We happened to meet her as we arrived so she helped us get in and settled. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well appointed, and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It’s an older home with lots of charm and character along with many modern updates. There is literally anything you might need! There are two flights of stairs you have to climb to access the main living area and bedrooms. The private parking was a definite bonus. The location was centrally located and walkable with a few restaurants, grocery and coffee shop close by. The bus stop into the city was minutes from the house so we were able to access public transit easily. MaryJean was extremely helpful when it came to NYC info (bus access, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed her unique and beautiful home and our stay.

Traveling with kids can be tough but this place made it comfortable and convenient. Will repeat visit FOR SURE

If you need a place to stay in Hoboken, Mark & Erin's place is it! Very clean and spacious! This house is in a GREAT location! Plenty of restaurant's and markets all with in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Very easy access to the bus that takes you to Manhattan. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Yeny was very responsive, too. Just make sure you read the detail about the low ceilings before you book! It wasn’t an issue for us, but it would be for someone taller. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean apartment, spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very professional and attentive to customer needs, responding to communications promptly. Considering the apartment could host up to 7 adults, a few (larger) pans could be included. As Europeans, we missed having the use of an electric kettle. Nevertheless we loved the apartment and definitely would book again and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lauren’s Airbnb near Hamilton Park in Jersey City! Lauren was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1.5-year-old. The location is ideal—just a short distance from NYC, making it easy to get in the city or out to the NJ suburbs. Hamilton Park is right around the corner, which was perfect for a morning stroll with our little one. The unit itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. The amenities in the building were fantastic—whether it was the kids playroom or the gym, it felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough! Lauren’s thoughtfulness and the incredible location, combined with the beautiful space and top-notch amenities, made for a truly memorable stay while we were back for the holidays. We look forward to returning!

Die Airbnb-Unterkunft war hervorragend und entsprach genau den Bildern. Für uns war auch die Lage optimal. Es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Anbindung an Bus und Metro, sodass man problemlos in die Stadt fahren kann. Bei jeder Kleinigkeit hat der Gastgeber schnell geantwortet und reagiert. Alles war sauber und genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Wenn ich wieder nach New York komme oder Freunden etwas empfehlen soll, wäre dieser Ort definitiv meine erste Wahl.

We really enjoyed our stay! They are great host. Great location in NJ esp if you are trying to get to the city. I would recommend learning the how the path train and the subway works from nyc to Hoboken.

Stayed for six nights, about an hour public commute to anywhere we planned to go with minimal walking. We had a couple issues but Brooke was very attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to help solve these! Pretty chilly but there was a space heater provided. Water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. Lots of decor and anything we would need in the unit! Parking was easy but they come through with the street sweeper so be prepared to move or take the ticket. Overall a great stay!!

Perfect for my family and great transportation options and easy to access NYC

My kids, nieces and I had the best trip! Pratik and Harsha were amazing hosts! Even allowed a late check out and luggage storage. We had a late flight out so this made it so much less stressful!!! House was amazing, beautiful views, amazing neighborhood and people are so friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back, we loved this place 😊

We recently stayed at the Nordic Cabin and loved every minute of it! From the moment we first set eyes on the cabin to when we stepped inside the warm, inviting decor, we knew we made the right choice. While the pictures online were nice, the cabin in person was much better. There were several hiking trails we visited nearby, including the Stairway to Heaven and the Appalachian Trail. On the day we hiked the Appalachian, we woke up to a dreamy scene of heavy misty fog from the lake drifting through the trees, viewed beautifully through the large picture windows. The fog continued later in the day during the hike, making the trail feel mystical. We would have stayed longer, but we were eager to return to the cabin. Property feels very secluded with the back facing the lake. We imagined how picturesque this place would be during the fall foliage and made a note to return in autumn if not sooner. Final comment - loved the towel warmer!

Our stay at The Rustic Retreat was absolutely wonderful! The space was impeccably clean, offering a perfect balance of comfort and privacy. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly it was—our pup loved exploring the area, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made traveling with a pet so easy. Julie was fantastic—responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She provided great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Deb's place. The house is beautiful and in a peaceful setting, close to hiking and a great brewery. We didn't have great weather and thus didn't do as much exploring of the property and area as we would have liked, but it seemed like there were plenty of local options.

Beautiful place, such a nice cozy place to stay. Would love to come back It was a wonderful anniversary weekend for us. The frozen lake was so neat. Locals were ice fishing and riding motorcycles around which was fun to watch.

Our late winter/early spring stay at the cabin was wonderful. The place was as described and of course tremendously cozy and relaxing with plenty of little touches that made our extended weekend a true treat. The nearby area isn't as secluded as we had originally thought - there are neighbors close by so actual yard space is limited, but no one bothered us and there was some opaque fencing that helped make it seem a little more private. Regardless still a very quiet and peaceful spot, lake very close, and tons of hiking near by as well! when we got rained on and had a cozy day in, we felt right at home reading in the loft area, or playing with the games/puzzles that were available. Check in and check out was seamless with clear instructions. Would stay here again for sure, hopefully in a different season to catch some fall scenery or some summer vibes!

This is our third time staying at this Airbnb, and it definitely won’t be our last! We’ve officially made it our home away from home. Our dog absolutely loves this place, and the whole area is super dog-friendly. Plus, you always get the hosts with the most!

Clinton's amazing cabin was exactly what our family was looking for. Peaceful, scenic surroundings, while still being close to civilization. Excellently appointed interior with cozy bedrooms.
