Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful, and all the amenities made us feel right at home. There was a small miscommunication regarding the pet fee, but the host handled it with kindness and flexibility, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to work with us made a great impression. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

Came down for a quick weekend getaway with my wife and we had a blast. Kayaking down the river was awesome and we were close to a few excellent restaurants.

If I had to rate more than 5 star, I will do 100. Beautiful house, great location. House inside was so clean, with beautiful backyard and huge pool. Is probably 7 min from the beach, with so many stores around for shopping. So easy to find, huge parking lot, gave us opportunities to park 4 cars there, backyard was so relaxing. Kids loved the heated pool. Taylor was so respectful and returned my messages in like 10min. He was so understanding and friendly. I definitely recommend this beautiful house to my friends and family. Thank you Taylor

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

The unit was as described. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, we asked to add a day to the visit and Christine was able to accommodate. The unit was ready for us at check in, it was a short walk to the pool and small beach area. Everything went as planned. We were happy with the unit and would rent again.

Mike and Alex’s Airbnb was clean, up to date, and exactly as described in the listing if not better! A short walk to the beach that’s totally doable with kids. The pool area was so nice and the kids loved the playground being close by. We had a wonderful experience and would totally stay again!

We had a great stay at this very clean, comfortable home. Really nice neighborhood to walk close to the water with beautiful views and by the marinas.. Quiet area. Walked to Orange St. for good food at Molly Goodheads and Ozona Pig. Live music at the brewery was fun. 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs. Niko's Grill has delicious fresh, authentic Greek food and the National Bakery is excellent for Greek bread and cookies. Dunedin Main St. is about 12 minutes away, nice to walk around. Carvor's Fish House has delicious, fresh seafood! Also had amazing fresh sushi at Seawhip Sushi Bar in Dunedin. Honeymoon Island is a very nice beach with lots of shells. We will definitely be back!

I would need more than 1000 characters to describe this place and how wonderful it is and the owner and her family and the people that you communicate with are fabulous. It looks just like it’s pictures even better in person. The beach is literally a block away and you don’t have to worry about bringing any of your beach gear with you. They have chairs they have umbrellas. They have wheels. They have everything. It’s so amazing that I am already booking my trip for next year and you should look at her other places as well. They’re great.

I live a few blocks from here but am currently renovating and wanted a place nearby; I’ve walked by this house a ton and never realized it was a cute Airbnb! Could not have been a better location near Hyde Park and Bayshore, and very spacious! Clean and inviting, bed was super comfortable, and loved the little touches like the yoga mats and front and back porches. Highly recommend!

The Grovekeeper Collective has become my "Happy Place" in Dunedin. As soon as I arrive, I feel right at home. This is the 3rd time I have stayed with Lori and Gary, who make me feel like family. You could not find more gracious and responsive hosts.

The Rooster Hut was exactly what we were for! Relaxing, peaceful but also conveniently located. We were close to everything we could need but it felt like our own private little oasis.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

The tranquility of the back deck was incedible. The location was perfect for visiting our friends at Chassahowitzka Campground (1.5 miles away). I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the area, especially the manatees and the three or seven sisters springs. One extra bonus was watching the albino squirrel from the front porch in the morning. We had an issue and were very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Casey’s place and were sorry to leave. The house and grounds are simply wonderful and the peace and quiet of the early mornings and evenings in particular was magical. So many birds to listen to and watch, and the little alligator and deer in the forest opposite. We took out the Jon boat and enjoyed the quiet river and explored the surrounding nature areas and forests on walks. The house has everything you need and there are so many places to sit and rest outside. We hope to be back some time.

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

The cabin was incredible was perfect for our stay. I recommend bringing a twin mattress topper for the pull out bed. The mini fridge was surprisingly large and he has a gril available for use for cooking. Nice little pond to catch some fish we caught a few bluegills and a cat fish. The trail was nice and the weather was perfect. Will definitely be staying again soon!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.
