Absolutely beautiful home and property. Felt right at home. The property and home were exactly as described and Joe was very responsive. The well water was something to get used to but nothing that was any concern. Unlike most airbnbs, Joe didn’t have a laundry list of things to do while checking out which was a relief due to the fact of having to catch a flight there’s local farm stands around to check out and the location isn’t too far from restaurants and other places! If we plan on traveling to the area again this property is definitely going to be top contender!

Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

This was a great little place that suited us very well while in Tampa. The place was spotless and hostess was very responsive to questions. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. We’ll try to book this again on our next trip to Tampa.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

We had a very nice stay. We brought our dog and he had a fabulous time. Had a nice yard for him. Home is very spacious. Had plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. Kristin was always very responsive. The man who cut the grass and handyman, Doug, was very nice. Ask if they was anything he could do. We had a great stay. Would stay again if in the area. Thank you 😊

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

We had a great stay at Patrick's house. It was very bright and cheery. Instructions to get in were very clear. The beds were pretty comfortable. The house is fairly centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay. Anytime we had a question, Patrick was quick to respond.

Nick &Klaudia have a wonderful comfortable home. We were a family of 8 and never felt crowded. Everything you need just bring toothbrush. The highlight was the relaxing hot large Jacuzzi under the stars....VERY NICE. The pool was heated and the kids loved the Foosball table. The neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The location was perfect and close to beaches and parks. The kitchen is small but very adequate. This home is PERFECT for a family or group. Nick was ALWAYS available. Nick responds immediately. We will definitely stay again when needed Thank you Nick&Klaudia.

Very comfortable stay with my dog and family during Christmas week! The home is clean and spacious in a great area of Seminole. Short drive to the beach, close to Publix and plenty of restaurants. The outdoor area was very relaxing with the pool, grill and patio table. It was great to feel at home while celebrating the holidays with family.

Beautiful little home! We SO enjoyed our stay and already plan to return… we were comfortable and enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings in the very private back yard❤️🙌🏻 we had everything we needed and more

The location in the middle of Tampa is convenient for a host of activities. The bungalow is a century old, but is comfortable and romantic. It will eventually be torn down, for the land is a valuable building site. Investment in it is limited

Kyle was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked to after we checked out. This home is truly special, situated in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Thonotosassa with all of the amenities needed for an awesome weekend. We loved being able to enjoy the pool and kayaks during the day and the firepit in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem.

The house was exactly as advertised making for a great stay for our week long visit to the Dunedin/Clearwater area. Well maintained clean house and beautiful private pool. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. Artur is extremely fast to reply to any questions!

We had a last minute change of plans and Mark was able to accommodate our family. Pool was wonderfully warm, beds were comfy, space was cozy. Will be back!

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

From start to finish the process was very easy. This was my first time doing an air bnb so I was not sure what to expect. Donna's communication made the process simple and easy. The information shared on how to check in and check out was clear, and she also had information for anything and everything in the area. The price was one of the most reasonable for being so close to the beach. One thing that sold us in this house was the beach chairs and accessories they had available. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and it was very comfortable and enough room for all of us. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Donna communicated throughout the stay and made sure we knew it was ok to ask if we needed anything. We would definitely stay in this house again if we were back in the area.

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

The stay at Sadie’s place was amazing. My husband and I bring along the “elderly” with us. They enjoyed the sunroom area with dining table to play cards while we swam in the pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio furniture. There were both sunny and shady areas to keep everyone happy. We were close to the beach and drove over to Indian Rocks. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Had a great time at Richards place celebrating our daughters birthday. Very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and cart. Short walk to the beach that was not crowded, even on the weekend.

We had a wonderful extended stay at Dees place. She was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Unit was well equipped and maintained.

Great place to stay everything I ever needed was there. just what I was looking for I will be back:)
