Hudson Valley : chambres d'hôtel

This was a great place to stay for our Labor Day weekend vacation. The house is located on the East side of Lake George so there was much less traffic, and it is a quick drive to the heart of the Village of Lake George. The resort has all the amenities you could need for a vacation in the Adirondacks -- with multiple grills, a small playground, a sandy beach with chairs, a gazebo, and a fire pit stocked with firewood. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time we're in the Lake George area.

It’s a great place to stay if you just want to hike all day and not sleep in a tent. Amenities are basic and you share a bathroom but that’s fine. Overall a good experience.

We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the parking lot, check in, etc. They even gave us a heads-up when the weather started to turn, so that we could plan accordingly. The room was comfortable and very spacious, and the location was super convenient. Even with a winter storm hitting, we were able to walk to coffee shops, great restaurants, and multiple bookstores. Would definitely recommend!

Kimberly was an amazing host and super friendly. The breakfast provided was great and she and her family were super nice. She offered helpful information for things to do nearby in Lake George as well. 11/10 would love to come back sometime. The air bnb was beautiful and the privacy we had while staying was refreshing. The room we got to stay in was astoundingly well decorated with impeccable taste just like the pictures. It was very comfortable and quiet at the air bnb. Worth another trip in the future for sure. I had an amazing stay at eastwind! The hotel and room were exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and right next door is union + post where you can have dinner. Eastwind had a link sent to your phone when we checked in that was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient spot. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. One night, specifically, we were trying to go to the Rooftop Bar, but the button on the elevator was being finicky. A staff member immediately assisted us. He was patient, diligent, and kind. We had incredibly busy days while in NYC. We left at 7:00 AM and often didn’t return until that evening. It was so nice to walk into a clean room each day. We never wanted for clean towels or clean sheets! They also provided fresh water and coffee each day. We felt right at home. We will be staying here again. I can’t say enough great things about this place, and the views are top tier! While I’m glad to be home, I will miss this place. Until next time! 🗽🍎🤍

This stay was perfect for our trip - we were within walking distance of the Inn at Erlowest where family got married. Hosts Barbara & Gregory were very warm, friendly & extremely accommodating. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, very cute & just what we needed. Location of the cabins are also very close to town. We will come again!

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

This stay was perfect in all ways. It was a nice setting and a great place for families to stay with big apartments and great amenities. The host and staff were helpful and responsive. The kitchen had all we needed for meal prep.

An amazing stay. We checked in super late night, wish we could have checked in early and spent evening there. The place was cozy and as described in the post. Recommended for a relaxing break. will definitely book again if possible.

Great location with easy check in and check out. Whether you are passing through for a night or staying for the week this is a great option. The snack room was great with light fare and snacks available to all guests 24/7

My sister and I came to NYC to explore the culture, restaurants, plays. We had a fantastic time. The home was in a very safe area. We really appreciate it.

What a wonderful lodge. It was amazing to have two rooms. I wish we came in the warmer months to utilize the pool, paddle court and basketball court. Great place to come with kids.

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

Stayed here 33 years ago on our last minute change on our honeymoon, loved the place then and now 33 years later love it even more. The staff was very accommodating and friendly the breakfast is to die for nice menu and daily specials make it even more special. Loved the outdoor fire pit and sitting at night on the porch oh! And they have a wine bar with cheese platter accompanied by live music. Definitely be back in the near future. Maria & Charles B

We were in town for a concert and the location was perfect! It was what we needed for a 1 night stay. Sonya had a great idea on the honor system for any forgotten amenities, we did not need but still a great idea and option!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with friends! Host was super responsive and helpful with checkin and checkout times. Would 100% stay here again!
