This was a fun, unique stay. My friend and I booked this as one night away from the city. It was perfect. It is right by the canal, offering a beautiful view of the water and streets above. This place is well situated in the older part of the city, but you have access to the train station within 15 minutes of booking. We did a walking tour of Utrecht and very much enjoyed our time there. The place itself inside somewhat feels like a basement, because, well, it sort of is one. The ceilings are sort of low, and most of the floor is cement. The bathroom and shower are sort of a strange set up. With all of that to say, the hosts have done an impressive job creating what once may have been a storage area into a great setup for guests. The bed was comfortable, and there was space for many more to stay if needed. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We hebben 3 nachten doorgebracht op deze fijne plek. We hadden een heel warm en hartelijk ontvangst, er stond zelfs een bloemetje en wijntje klaar. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De woonkamer met keuken vormt een fijne plek om de avond door te brengen. De sfeer die er is in Zutphen zelf bereikt een optimum zodra je het straatje inloopt waar je het prachtig opgeknapte pand aan gelegen is. Wat een oase van rust terwijl je om de hoek midden in de stad bent met alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik. Het is alsof de tijd heeft stil gestaan. Aan leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes ontbreekt het niet. Wij komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Anne nous a très bien reçu et répondait très rapidement à nos messages. Le logement est dans une rue très paisible, proche des restaurants et des petits commerces si besoins. Un très jolie village avec ses belles petite ruelles. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Note spéciale pour le jus d’orange, la confiture de fraise et le yaourt super crémeux. Merci à Anne pour ses petites attention et sa disponibilité.

We had a great stay at Yoeri's property! He communicated well and answered any questions. The location is perfect and the apartment is nicely equipped. The bed is very large and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if in Naarden!

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

My friend and I had a great stay at this property. The flat looked exactly as described, and we had everything we needed. The walk to Hilversum station was around 15 minutes, it was a nice distance from the property. The surrounding area was nice and quiet, there was no noise disruption at all. The host was always responsive, communicated with us well and gave us clear instructions and recommendations for transport. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Wat een heerlijk ruim appartement. Het was ruimer dan het leek op de foto’s. In de avond erg knus met de kachel aan. Alle voorzieningen waren goed. Voor ons de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen natuur en stad. Wij waren er in de zomer winter maar voor andere seizoenen ook echt een mooie plek om te verblijven. Dank!

Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Erg comfortabel. Zowel binnen als buiten. Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaars is prettig. Kom graag terug

The stay was very beautiful, nothing to complain about. The house was perfectly clean, the surrounding was beautiful and the host, Bart, responded really friendly and in a matter of minutes. We felt comfortable from the beginning to the end and would for sure come back another time.

We had a wonderful stay at Nienke and Richard’s place. Perfect if you are travelling with children, lots of toys, and a playground literally across the street. Walking distance to a grocery store and in a great location to walk around and explore. Richard and Nienke were very responsive and accommodating. Only thing to mention is that the crib is a travel crib (pack n play type thing) and not a real crib as in the photos. Still, we loved our time there!

Echt een fijn verblijf, ontzettend ruim, alles aanwezig, heerlijk overdekte buitenplek. De rust en accomodatie zorgen ervoor dat je heerlijk tot rust kan komen en bij kunt tanken! Aljanneke is een enthousiaste en erg gezellige host!

Eine sehr hübsche und gemütliche Wohnung in toller ruhiger Lage. Gemütlich kann man am Wasser entlang in den Ort spazieren oder eines von Jacquelines Fahrrädern verwenden. Jacqueline ist super zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren für einen Familienausflug mit 8 Personen und einem Hund vor Ort. Die Unterkunft (besonders das Schlafzimmer im 1.OG mit Blick auf den See) ist ein absoluter Traum. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für eine Familie. Wir konnten am Anreisetag bereits um 11:30 (anstatt 15:00 Uhr) in das Ferienhaus und am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis 15:00 Uhr bleiben, anstatt bis 10:00! Rundum super - auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar!

Het huisje ligt op een heel rustige locatie met een weids uitzicht. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de rest van de inrichting/het huisje was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om erop uit te gaan. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied met veel water. Er zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden en er zijn leuke plaatjes in de omgeving om te bezoeken. Claudia en haar man zijn gastvrije vriendelijke mensen.

A beautiful and tastefully decorated home in one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands. The location is very scenic and quiet but with many attractions close by. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we hope to come back!

Casa muy confortable. Es amplia, la cocina está bien equipada (incluso con cuchillos que cortan bien). Hay todo tipo de productos de limpieza. Las camas son cómodas (cama de matrimonio de 1,80 de ancho y sofá cama de 1,60). Tiene un jardín bonito. Hay algunos juegos de mesa. La zona es muy tranquila y se pueden dar buenos paseos. A cinco minutos andando está el pueblo donde hay súper, bar/restaurante, gasolinera, panadería y heladería. Nosotros nos hemos movido en coche. Está a 30 minutos de Uttrecht, 40 de Amsterdam, 1h de La Haya, 1h a Kröller-Müller. Queda en el centro del país muy cerca de autopistas, con lo que es fácil moverse. Ojo mosquitos! Durante el día no hay, pero nos dejamos ventanas abiertas por la tarde/noche y se nos llenó la casa de mosquitos. Si se cierran a media tarde, no hay problema. Jean-Pierre es muy amable y resuelve dudas al instante. Nos avisó de cortes en las autopistas y ha preparado un manual del usuario con información muy útil para visitar el país.

L'appartamento di Kim è perfetto per due persone che vogliano visitare Utrecht o utilizzarla come base per le loro vacanze in Olanda. Offre tutte le comodità e una sistemazione ottimale per riposare in totale relax.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dorien's place. Lovely apartment in a good location with great views and shops nearby. Dorien was very responsive and her neighbour, Karen, who helped us check-in was incredibly helpful. Would definitely like to stay at Dorien's place again if I'm back in Amersfoort.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad, een onwijs mooi appartement, heel erg mooi ingericht! En het allerbelangrijkste het was super schoon! Echt een aanrader!

The apartment is very well equiped and tastefully decorated. It has a beautiful view over one of the principal canals and is close to the beginning of the main street of the historic center, with plenty of restaurants. It is a fairly long walk from the Utrecht Centraal station, but it is very close to the Vaartsche Rijn station and you can catch Sprinter trains that stop at Vaartsche Rijn. The laudromats within a 15 to 20 minute walk are worthless. One has some outdoor machines at a car wash, where you are supposed to download an app to make the machines work but the app assumed you are already registered and provides no way for you to open a new account. The other laundromat had half the machines broken and when we put in money to use one of the other machines that one turned out to be broken as well and there was no way to get our money back. Overall, this is a great place to stay, but make sure you wash your clothes before or after your stay.

Linda's place was perfectly placed within the Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and to get to all of the attractions we were interested in seeing. Her space was absolutely beautiful. While it was not huge, the way she used the space was innovative and made the apartment feel very spacious. There was abundant natural light and all the amenities we needed.

Erg rustig en een fijn appartement om te verblijven. Heeft veel fijne voorzieningen en het balkon is heeerlijk in de voorzomer.
