Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

My girls and I had the most incredible stay here, I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view left us all speechless. The home was so beautiful, clean and spacious with great views all around. The outside hot tub area was gorgeous for hang outs and again, the most outstanding view of nature. The community was very peaceful and quiet and felt safe since it is a gated community. Jose was very quick and responsive and offered great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, chairs and more that came in handy for our beach days. On that note, the beach was a short drive away and there are great restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again, would give 10 stars if it were possible! Can’t say enough good things about it, had the best time!

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Our host, Renee, provided everything we could have asked for, excellent communication and detailed information on getting around. Waking up in the morning to the gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains was fabulous. Condo is as described and pictured, spotless and very comfortable. Renee is a fabulous host!

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Great location with beautiful beach access right down the street! The house is decorated beautifully, would definitely stay here again! Side note, there’s constructions next door so it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us too much as we were constantly out exploring!

We loved staying at John and Karen's place in Esperanza. Walking distance to the Malecon and the beach, walking distance to the little corner store, beautiful backyard patio to hang out on. Would highly recommend!

We had such a great extended trip! We stayed for five weeks and had various friends and family visit us for a few days to a week at a time. Everyone loved the house, the beach, and the neighborhood! It was very comfortable; Daniel was very responsive; the added perks like the hammock, beach supplies, and three rooms made it a perfect place to jump off to explore the entire island! We made memories that will last a lifetime. I will deeply miss eating dessert on the porch at night with my friends and family. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

My family and I stayed in Eduardo’s place for 4 nights and it was great. The apartment was spotless and looked better than the pictures. It had all the amenities a family could need. When you arrive, it feels like a hotel. We found it challenging to find a nice restaurant for dinner nearby. Most restaurants weren’t open after 6pm and the ones that were mainly sold fried food. We drove to San Juan for dinner most nights. Otherwise this place was perfect and I would stay there again.

This place was magnificent — the back deck was an absolute gem to have. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the location could not have been more perfect. So many great restaurants to walk to, and the beach is right across the street. Can’t recommend enough!

The palm trees at the end of the street looks like a scene from a movie. There is a nature center up against the property / neighborhood. This is the perfect spot for you if you want to chill and relax, read a book , or take a little stroll in what feels like a jungle. In the middle of the day my friend and I would come in and go for munch somewhere. There are a couple of spots close and then we drove to two different towns close by. There is a market in town or you can go to Ralph’s that is about 15 minutes away. **** There are little bitty bugs that will eat at your ankles or anywhere else on your body. They are at the ocean … in the evening more. The home literally has everything we needed. It was so amazing. We watched a movie every night and really relaxed as much as we possibly could. I would stay again and again.

every thing was great clean. The kitchen was was great every thing that was needed was there. we really enjoyed the stay. will love to visit soon

Lugar perfecto para quedarse, hermosas vistas, serca de restaurantes y lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que dire que no me gusto es que el cuarto pequeño no tiene aire, solo un abanico y otro que saca el aire del cuarto principal para el pequeño pero no ayuda en nada, es muy caluroso. Las toallas las usas una vez y huelen a que ya se an usado mucho, recomiendo lleven las propias . De lo demas diria que perfecto.

Great place to stay with a beautiful layout. The pool access from balcony was amazing , my daughter loved it and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos la mejor experiencia 😂 Con todo y el apagón de despedida de año el lugar y la propiedad superaron la expectativa. Ruben fue siempre responsive y nos mantuvimos en comunicación y se ofreció en ayudar en todo momento. La primera vez viajando con mi mascota y este lugar lo permitió, la casa está equipada completa. De verdad 20/10

Our stay in palmas del mar was amazing The only hiccup was storm Ernesto but we remained with power and water only lost the internet but erika and tim where amazing. They texted us after the stirm to make sure everything was okay and worked diligently to get the internet restored. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again next year.
