Wow what a little gem in the heart of Lincoln ! Such a beautifully decorated cottage, had everything you needed plus lots more, a really homely atmosphere in a fabulous location just 5 minute walk from Bailgate & the castle & cathedral. Trina was a great host answering any queries quickly without delay, anyone who stays here will not be disappointed, will definitely be returning and thank you for the yummy cookies just what we needed with a brew on arrival ! 🥰

Just stayed over the Twixmas period. The house was very centrally located in the cathedral quarter, with quaint shops and pubs within a 1 minute walk. Even though very central the house was very quiet, so best of both worlds. The house had every amenity required for our stay, it is very tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. It was very easy to find the house and also easy to get inside. The parking permit was a great bonus and we found parking easy on the street approx 3 min walk away. Joy was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would very much recommend this house. The perfect stay in Lincoln.

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

The place was very peaceful and accurate description. Very cosy and lovely log burner with lots of wood - great for the little pooches would stay again

We have just got back from a lovely weekend at Ryan’s celebrating my husbands birthday and our 1st wedding Anniversary. The house is beautiful and was so clean! The added extras like tea coffee and sugar was great! (We forgot coffee) there was plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved the hot tub. Ryan was very helpful with recommendations of local restaurants as we hadn’t been to the area before. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We are already looking at coming back again. Thank you so much 😊

We had an amazing day with Julie, she was very helpful. The house was in a perfect location and everything was set out very nicely. She was very helpful at pointing us in the correct direction of things to do, and how things work in and around the house. She was very polite and always happy to help you and answer your questions. This house is like a piece of art. It’s absolutely beautiful. Sue was responsive and friendly. The house had everything you needed, including lots of herbs and spices! I found the house very peaceful and I felt at home. The garden was beautiful and well kept too. Will be back!

This place was beautiful, our two night stay here was one of the best experiences I had. It was within convenient distance of shops, a lovely Wetherspoons and the City Centre. Everything about this listing was perfect for what we needed and I can't wait to visit again. - Elouise Smith

Wonderful cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the seaside and the high. Rebs is a wonderful warm and welcoming host. Very highly recommended.

Friendly, peaceful and spotless. Five minutes or so stroll to the beach.

Nice comfortable, very well presented, warm & within arms reach of the local amenities, restraunts. Figs downstairs on the arcade 5* The Kingsway 5* Cafes, Marples on sea view St 5* (many more) & some of the countries best fish & chips shops to name a few, Steel's corner house in the market place 2 minutes walk Ernie Beckett's also in the Market place & Ocean fish n chips on St Peters AVE. Arrival instructions were spot on! The keys were a bit tricky at first getting in through the front doors but found using the rear access alot easier along with parking at the back of the property on Dolphin St. Thank you for the Chocolates and wine which were enjoyed over a game of monopoly & cards, nice homely, warm and cosy. It's the first time we've used Air B&B and we was very impressed with Jimmy's place. It is situated on Alexandra road actually on the sea front and next to other apartments and can be busy in the daytime. 4 minutes walk to the train station & near all local bus routes👌

We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s property. It is conveniently close to the cathedral, castle and within walking distance of the train station, with lots of places to eat out at and explore nearby. The space was as described and like the photos show. Lydia responded to messages quickly and was really helpful. We would love to stay again and recommend to others 😊
