Convenient location for beach combing! Beautiful view, quiet space, hot tub, fire pit, comfortable beds, what's not to love!

This was our second stay at Delmar's home and we plan to stay again next year. That should sum up our satisfaction with our experience. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the private planes taking off and landing. It's an easy walk to the Gyppo Ale Mill, the light house and the extensive tide pools below. The home is well appointed, comfortable and sparkling clean.

We had another amazing stay at Jennifer's place! This was our second time back and it was just as good if not better than our first trip. The house is very quiet and has great views of the ocean. Everything was clean and very comfortable. This has become our go-to spot when staying in the area and we will be back soon!

Beautiful stay! There are hidden gems ALL over this property just waiting to be explored. The constant sound of the waterfall is soothing and peaceful. We spent two full days just at the house and never ran out of things to do. Our kids played outside from sunup to sundown and loved every minute. The toys, games, and general kid supplies were great and prevented us from having to bring everything with us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool table was a huge hit. It is an easy 15-minute drive down the mountain into town for supplies if needed. There were some issues with the water pump when we arrived (no water to the house) but Sam was quick to respond and send someone out to fix it. When the problem persisted and we had to keep resetting the pump to get water, Sam came out himself to get it fixed and also brought 10 gallons of water to keep us stocked. Most responsive and helpful host we've ever had! We've already told our friends about it and would def book again.

Perfect spot for our quick family getaway to see the redwoods. Loved being able to walk over to the beach to watch the sunsets! There’s not many outlets in the house as it is older, so I would bring a power strip if you need multiple devices plugged in. Other than that, the place fit our needs!

Great place, loved the extra bonuses she gave us, the valentines candy was a wonderful surprise!

It was beautiful! Definitely get there before it’s dark or else it could be confusing to get there.

The location of this house was gorgeous. We came for the redwoods but enjoyed so much more. We could walk to the park, the beach, tide pools, trails, restaurants, a coffee shop and the grocery store. The redwoods were only about 30 min away. We watched the sun setting over the ocean from the second story deck each evening when there was no fog. Trinidad is a great little village with friendly people. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed this spot, a relaxing getaway for my family. Hot tub was a hit and beach walk was lovely. The beds were very cozy and comfortable too!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Dance! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was thoughtfully prepared; it seemed like everything we could think of was available. The great location near the coastline overlooking the ocean provided stunning views, and the breath-taking sunsets were the perfect way to end each day. We can't recommend Patty's place enough for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Best Vacation rental we have ever stayed in.  We were a little concerned at first as it looked like it was going to rain for much of our trip, but the house is really set up.  First off watching the giant breaking waves was like standing on the bow of a ship, amazing, mesmerizing. What a view!  The fireplace was nice and cozy, the kitchen totally stocked, even had Henckels cutlery.  The kids loved the super high-speed internet and Play Station 5 on the giant Sony TV. Ping pong madness, a 20’ shuffleboard table like in a bar, board games, puzzles.  Lots of room, inside and out.  Hot-tubbing in the rain while watching the waves was awesome.  Then the sun came out. Riding bikes along the airstrip to Gyppos.  Went golfing, on a course where you can see how it looks like when the gofers have won the battle.  Strolling giant Black Sand Beach. Our host Angie was super nice and genuinely friendly, and the place very clean.  All that to say...We are coming back for sure.

The place was amazing! Gorgeous views of the constantly changing river and ocean - so beautiful! Sage was so helpful and responded so quickly whenever we had a question. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

GREAT ocean view and sound of the waves made for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Simy was a great host and communicated well throughout the process.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was so clean and looked just as pretty as the photos. It has such great proximity to the state & national parks! The outdoor amenities were a great way to unwind after long hikes. The kitchen is fully equipped and a joy to use! Thanks for a wonderful landing spot- we hope to be back! 😊

Everything was perfect! The house and the view were even more gorgeous in person. The house had absolutely everything our family needed (and more!) for our stay. The neighborhood and town were adorable and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus for us. We truly could not have asked for more and were discussing making a yearly trip after just 1 night! Would absolutely recommend this beautiful home!

We had an amazing weekend at this home, morning coffee on the deck watching & listening to the ocean. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we would definitely stay here again.

This place was a treasure! We had beautiful weather which made sitting out on the deck and taking in the ocean view even more enjoyable. It was also fun to hike down to the beach from the trail just outside the front gate and explore the cute town of Trinidad. Definitely a great find.

Fantastic location, just stunning views out over Clam Beach. Great deck to enjoy it on, and the Redwoods are close if you want a non beach hike. Highly recommend. Fast WiFi too, good enough for video calls.

This spot was perfect for our large family visit. The house had wonderful spots for board games and a huge kitchen for all of our meals -- and the view could not be beat. The best part was how walkable it all was. We could stroll down to the beach at low tide to explore the sealife stuck to the rocks or at high tide we could hike up the adjoining peninsula for spectacular views. We could also walk to the grocery store or a nearby restaurant. Easy and totally accessible.
