Easily one of the nicest stays we’ve had. The location is perfect - it’s quiet yet the restaurants are a short walk away. The complex itself is lovely too. Comfy beds, kitchen has everything and the communication with Thomas was brilliant. He even let us check out late without a hiccup. Highly, highly recommend this place.

We have enjoyed Rose Villa and felt like at home. Comfortable, spacious quite and the kitchen, most important, fully furnished and functional! We hope to be back! Thank you Rose

Maryke was super responsive. So quick to answer questions and advise accordingly. She kindly allowed us a late check out without issue. It was the perfect base for Ironman South Africa. The house is large, but yet homely. The house and gardens are immaculate. The pool (sole use) is a bonus! Secure parking just outside the front door. We always felt safe. Maryke is charming, professional and helpful. I thoroughly recommend her house to anyone thinking of visiting Port Elizabeth.

What a great place this is! Beautiful views, sunsets and we saw dolphins almost every day. We were a big family and never were in each other’s space. The swimming pools are great options on days that the beach are not an option. It was lovely falling asleep with the sound of the ocean. As mentioned in the description, there is no beach, just a small patch of sand and rock pools. The kids enjoyed exploring the rock pools, but the older adults found the steep rocks a bit challenging. Nonka and Jesko were very responsive hosts and very helpful throughout

Firstly, no words could ever describe this home & how beautiful it is! Linda definitely deserves more than 5 stars. What a superb home! Literally has everything you could eeever imagine you need. Literally. The pool table, indoor braai, the pool & it's changing colours were our top highlights. We swam till 2am on some nights! The water feels warmer once you dip in. Every single day was perfect. The ocean view is beyond spectacular!! The house is squeaky clean and spacious and has all the entertainment one could need. Board games, Apple TV..etc. What a truly beautiful week we had! What a warm and lovely person Linda and her husband are. They offered us a tour of the home just a few days before check in and made us feel right at home the moment we stepped into the house!! They even allowed us an early check in on the day which helped us maximise on settling in and enjoying Searenity. By far the best home out there. We were a family of 9 adults in Port Elizabeth for our daughter’s graduation. We contemplated various homes for a month until we eventually found Madelyn’s place Milpark Escape. We were so glad we chose it. Came at a very good rate and the house was impeccable. Everything you need is there. We didn’t even want to go out because the house was too nice. Pool, braai, spacious, plenty of seating inside and outside. Highly recommended.

Simply lovely stay, right on the beach. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, so we were really able to relax. We felt safe and secure. Lovely to sit on the deck, seeing the sun go down over the sea. It is a pity we could only stay 2 nights, we are planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Peaceful, accessable neat and so much more exactly what I needed for my week stay. It was comfortable and the view was the best going to miss seeing the sunrise and sunsets. Coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Thank you Hennie for sharing your beautiful space with others. I felt truly blessed and highly favored. Hennie responded to every question I had I was like a real granny but he was patient with me. Bless you I trust and hope to be back soon.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The highlight for us was the pool and the breathtaking ocean view—it was the perfect setting to unwind. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved spending time on the balcony, soaking in the views. We also miss our morning strolls to Indigo coffee shop, conveniently located just a short walk away. This place is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay . The place was spotless and beautifully designed , very aesthetically pleasing . We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had even left us some things to make breakfast , which was such a thoughtful touch . Everything in the home worked perfectly , and the area was so peaceful with lovely neighbors and a charming neighborhood . We truly couldn’t have asked for more . Highly recommend 🤍

Highly recommend booking. Friendly and responsive host. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Upon check in, the place was clean and tidy and all amenities were on point. I had a great stay and definitely value for money deal.
