This experience was one of the greatest of all. Dillip is such a nice person, he cares about your well-being, he is so attentive to whatever you are needing, he made me feel like I was with a life-time friend. We had a couple of cool adventures together, because he showed me places to visit nearby. He taught me how to prepare local dishes and all of his cooking is just breathtaking. As a solo female traveler I felt safe all my stay! His family is so nice, his father brought me fruits almost daily and we had great conversations even though the language barrier. I want to come back to this magical place, totally recommend it! You will get the chance to meet an amazing human being and hopefully get a friendship on the way!

We have just left Khouse after 3 nights as a large family of mixed cultures (12 adults and 3 young kids). Khouse was the perfect choice for us to spend relaxed quality time together. The 2 properties both with 3 bedrooms each situated close by to one another provided flexible accommodation with just the right balance of closeness and space. With the use of 2 extra beds for the kids it was perfect. The buildings are beautiful. The shadey garden is full of nature and large; affording space to safely play and the pool has a great shallow area for the pre-schoolers. The beach is lovely for exploring, digging, rock pooling (with shoes) but not for swimming, although you can snorkel early morning. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they cannot do enough for you. They have a small kitchen and only 1 chef so catering for a large group can be complicated this is not a hotel but we appreciated every effort they made even adding extra guests for a special meal. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the property was especially well-suited for families with kids. The neighboring family manages the restaurant, takes care of the property, and offers various services like yoga and cooking classes. Both Baxter’s family and the family next door were incredibly welcoming and kind. One memorable evening, the neighbors invited us to witness an unforgettable sea turtle experience, where we had the rare chance to watch a sea turtle lay her eggs. Overall, it was an amazing stay at Baxter’s!

Himal est un hôte très agréable, réactif et plein de bons conseils. la maison est très agréable et bien située. je recommande cet emplacement vivement.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa qui donne directement sur la plage. Anke et Manju ont toujours été la et reactifs pour nous, que ce soit pour organiser nos repas, nos trajets ou n'importe quelles autres demandes. Les petits déjeuner sont incroyables et délicieux. Nous avons meme eu le droit a un gateau d'anniversaire pour un de nos enfants ! C'est vraiment un endroit que je recommande !

Ricky's place is simply wonderful - the house itself, the high ceilings and all the details, the view, the sunrise every morning, the breeze, the little Blue Beach nearby... The location is perfect - close enough to amazing beaches but still far enough from noisy, popular places. We had everything we needed and I only wish we stayed longer. Madu, who is assisting Ricky, is super helpful. He organized the airport transfer and then subsequent urgent transfer to the hospital in Matara because our little son got quite sick. Madu also gave us great tips for places to eat and beaches nearby. One of the cutest things was Mati - the dog of the property. My kids wanted to take Mati back home with us, and if we could, we would have - an amazing dog. We will be happy to be back one day and stay for a while. This airbnb feels like a home instantly.

We hebben hier met ons gezin 2 nachten geslapen en het was heerlijk! Het personeel was vriendelijk en stonden constant voor ons klaar. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de badkamers waren schoon. Naast het strand aan het huis waren andere stranden dichtbij en makkelijk bereikbaar (met scooter +/- 6 min). Restaurants in de omgeving waren ook top.

Traumhaft schöne und nicht weit von einem tollen Strand mit einem gut kleinen Restaurant wo man mit den Füssen im Sand ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gross und eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
