5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a perfect location for exploring the local area – everything we wanted to see and do was right on our doorstep. The accommodation itself was high quality, beautifully maintained, and really well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great base in the area – we’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in this secluded bungalow, Short walk into town and only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. nicely kitted out and perfect for a short stay exploring Filey and surrounding areas.

This is our second visit to this lovely quiet bungalow but it is within easy reach of the town bars and restaurants. A lovely walk down the sea front. The view from the lounge window is picture perfect. We were thrilled with the goodies that had been left for us. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time and would have no hesitation to booked this ideal spot for our next relaxing weekend.

First if all our host Emma was there to greet us honestly we loved her so much we invited her to stay with us haha she was funny and gave us a little tour of the property, it was nice to see little blemishes caused by her children playing hide and seek when they were children it really added to the homely feel of the place, Emma's Cottage was beautiful, the photos really don't do it the justice it deserves. it is a 100x lovelier. it's private and secluded yet feels calm and safe. the cottage it's self felt like home, it had a soothing vibe and the surrounding grounds were stunning. 7 of us had a ball talking morning walks, evenings in the Hottub then we spent the night getting warm by the fire pit. Great for families, a girls weekend or a Hen do. we will be back for a week next time as the weekend just wasn't long enough. THANK YOU for letting us share your family home for a little while Emma.

Fantastic bungalow with lots of space. John really helpful communicating roadworks in the area to help make the stay the best. Goes the extra mile to make sure you can settle in quickly. Lovely garden to enjoy the weather. Beautiful setting with a lovely view of the Minster. Short walk into Beverly town centre and to the Westwood.

I booked the stay for my elderly parents who were absolutely overjoyed with the place. My father has mobility issues and found the single-level home to be very beneficial. They thought the house was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all of the equipment necessary for the stay. Sarah, the host, was very welcoming and helpful and the communication was wonderful. They loved the peaceful setting which was well-positioned for them to explore the surrounding areas with ease. They were extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

What a fabulous little gem! Absolutely well stocked with everything you could ever need and the space was incredible! It was even decorated for Christmas ! Each room was fabulous and well thought off and the closed garden was an added bonus, it was lovely and warm inside the house. We fit 11 and a baby in and still felt roomy, the laundry room was a great bonus too! It was the best place we have got together as a family in and felt like home from home xx thank you for having us

Spent the weekend in Whitby and needed a home from home. perfect little area and just what we needed
