Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Beautiful Cottage, so cosy and warm, clean and very tidy. Great welcome pack provided with information on local attractions to visit, bus/train timetables, local amenities etc and all you need to know about the cottage and its facilities. Plenty of parking area and large enough garden for entertaining, kids and dog play. Lora is an exceptional host providing everything you need for your stay, whether it’s for 2 days or for a week (home from home). Great communication and available should the need arise. Highly recommended. We had a lovely stay and certainly would visit again in the future ☺️

Beautiful house in the upper part of Runswick Bay with easy access to the beach and Cleveland Way. It was perfect for our family reunion (six adults and 4 children). it’s a large dormer bungalow, maybe a little dated but with modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen which were spotlessly clean. Despite it being the coldest weekend in Britain for 10 years we were cosy with central heating, extra oil filled radiators and wood burners. Susan was the perfect host with good communication and many thanks for leaving us plenty logs. The toys which are mentioned in lots of reviews were great for the children. They even ventured to the bottom of the garden to the play area which was fantastic but too cold to stay long. We would love to stay in this house again maybe in the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful garden, eating al fresco and taking in the views of the bay and Kettleness in the distance.

Gill's place was a lovely comfy, well-equipped base for exploring the locality. I would have liked to have spent time in the garden and I imagine it is a lovely place to enjoy summer evenings. We cooked in both nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. My favourite part of the house was the main bedroom - so gorgeous with such a comfy bed - it was a wrench to get up in the morning x

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Gary was an excellent host and organised parking for us as well. The home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and was an easy walk to town. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you Gary!

We had a lovely stay at the property, my family loved the Lobster Pot, Andree was very welcoming and sent an email entailing everything we could possibly need for our stay, Andree left wine and cakes for our arrival and my son absolutely loved all the board games to chose from, there was ligerally everything you could think of at the property, we even bought new batteries for the tv remote and later found that Andree had them covered in the kitchen draw, the cottage is lovely and a credit to Andree, thank you for a lovely stay and would love to return soon.

Modern and clean flat, great views!

This flat is spacious and very central for all that Whitby has to offer. The flat was clean and had everything that you needed. Long stay parking is available opposite the flat and was fairly reasonable for the week. If you are travelling by public transport the train and bus stations are only a 5-minute walk away. The host was very responsive to our messages and gave us all the information we needed. We will definitely stay here again

Great location with shop right on doorstep! Lovely comfortable beds, Tv in each room. Clean fresh linen and towels. Great access and layout. Good amenities with tea coffee on arrival. Lovely restaurant recommendations. Went to both "Ate o'clock and Cut and craft" great food and drink!! Very reasonable price for the stay. Lovely and friendly host. Friendly neighbours and locals! Beautiful home, thank you 😁

Lovely clean apartment ,had a lovely stay , loads of room for a family of 5, balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy my morning coffee & an evening drink , Peter was very welcoming and very friendly host will be returning 😁

Staying at Andrew's place was fantastic. Everything was great from safe and free parking, explicate instructions, spotless interior, and super comfortable with all that I needed for my stay in York. The location was perfect as I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The service I received from the Pass The Keys staff was incredible. Andrew and all Thank You for making my stay in York super special!! Not only do I love York, but I love your place, too. I will definitely return!!

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

John’s place was so peaceful and perfect for a visit toe York. It was a quick 15 min walk to town and when we walked back and settled in for the evening the place was quiet and easy to sleep. Super clean and had easy parking.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Superb central location with great views across the harbour and HMS Endeavour. The apartment was spotless, easy to access and provided us with a quiet, comfortable and relaxing sanctuary after busy days of walking, sightseeing, shopping, eating and drinking. Would most definitely recommend Stephen’s place and we hope to return again in the near future.

I have just enjoyed a few wonderful days in this beautiful apartment . The space is clean , relaxing and beautifully furnished with a small balcony where I was able to sit and enjoy some sunshine . Patsy is a warm , welcoming and attentive host and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this pretty market town . I will definitely be returning.

I booked a weekend at Diane’s place for my parents, they had nothing but wonderful things to say, the space was spotless & the welcome gifts was highly appreciated, thank you. mum FaceTimed me showing me round & the place looked exactly like photos, my parents loved it. They went out to eat & drink at Omni & loved the vibe in there, they also visited the market & said it was great (they brought me back some gorgeous cannolis) They said it was right up their street, thank you Diane for the fab weekend of peace & quiet away from the grandkids ! I would recommend Diane’s place to anyone looking to visit Malton x

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold. And if it’s relevant for you, be assured there’s a good InstaVolt EV charger just 4 minutes down the road at the MacDonalds

Checkout your bearings in terms of parking location, which is definitely a premium in this area, being so close to the Minster. We had a big car which we managed to park okay but it's tight. Otherwise, we were in walking distance of all amenities and places of interest - a fantastic location. Would definitely book again.
