Please note that before every visit all hard surfaces, door handles, light switches & stair handrail are all cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company. It is a fabulous family home sleeping 9 and perfect for two families or a holiday with your extended family members. There’s a large dog friendly secure garden and we’re only 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.

Large 4 bedroom home situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. Perfect for families or large groups, comfortably accommodates 7 people. Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory. Less than 10 minute walk to the pier, beach and into town to access all of Southwold's great pubs and independent shopping. Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden but please note the back of the garden is not completely fenced off.
