We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

Great house in a great location. Short walk to bakeries, restaurants and shops and a lovely stroll to the beach and pier. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with a dog. We hope to come back soon!

Just spent a lovely weekend at Scotts Parva House - We arrived later than expected and as it was dark, had a problem locating the property. After a phone call to Scott he quickly responded and helped us to the front door. Parva House is exactly like the listing, beautifully appointed and charming in character. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and with the added bonus of Prosecco and a fabulous cake waiting for us was a real treat. Ideally situated for exploring the Norfolk coastline, we would not hesitate in returning and will be recommending to all our friends.

The property has four bedrooms with 11 beds spread across. Towels and hand soap/toilet rolls are provided but no body wash/shampoo. The property was clean and good communication from the host. Slightly flexible check in/check out was appreciated. The living room was a very comfortable space as was the table in the spacious private garden. I would say the photos undersell the property as it looks nicer in person Would happily stay again with a large group

This was a great house for our family of five. Equipped with every thing we needed, quiet location with lovely riverside and common land walk nearby. The garden was pretty and dog proof so we made the most of the good weather. And most importantly the beds were comfortable . Christina was very accommodating for our travel plans and check in/out times. Comes highly recommended. Thank you so much!

House was in a lovely quiet position and easy to walk to town and the beach, spotlessly clean and comfortable, good wifi, nicely furnished and plenty of room, great wraparound garden for the dog, we would highly recommend Jennifer’s place,

We had a great stay at number 42. There was 8 of us (2 family’s, 4 x adults and 4 x children) and we found it really spacious. It was very clean and in a great location. Mark was helpful and friendly in his communications throughout. We would definitely return!

This was our second stay at the chalet and we had a great time. The chalet is extremely spacious so is great for a family get together. The facilities are great - with a projector, PS5 and Wii. Kitchen also had everything we needed to cater a full Christmas roast dinner. Host are very responsive and answer all questions quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow great host and accommodation, the host had thought of every little detail to make you feel right at home. Comfortable and clean. A fantastic welcome basket was much appreciated too. The lodge at the Marina was a great location, easy to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Great place to explore the area too. We loved our stay. A big thank you to Nicola.

Mark was an amazing host. His lodge is so beautiful. We felt immediately at home. Our grandchildren were pleasantly surprised to find that Mark had left them a pumpkin to carve along with decorations to use for Halloween. They were also delighted with the quality of the toys and books that were left for them to play with. Hours of entertainment was had with them. The park itself was very quiet, which suited us, as the children could ride their bikes freely. We enjoyed the dog walking around the nature trail which was beautiful this time of year. Thank you Mark for allowing us to stay at your lodge. We cannot wait to return with the golf clubs next time.

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We had an amazing stay. Lovely place, great communication and VERY comfortable beds! The Spa and pool were clean and the staff were fantastic. Would stay again. Thanks very much!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

What a stunning location and place to visit. Sitting on the largest of the lakes, the view is stunning and we were lucky to have beautiful spring weather and the best sunrises and sunsets! The caravan itself is very well equipped, with everything you would need including an Air Fryer! The hot tub is fantastic and a great place to relax and watch the wildlife on the lake. Directly from the caravan there are multiple walks either around the park, along the river or in to Tattershall. We went for a walk at Ostlers Plantation which is a great place for a dog walk and Woodhall Spa is worth a visit. We visited at the beginning of March and didn’t have any children as part of our group, so although we bought them, we felt that we didn’t need the passes, as we cooked ourselves. That being said, had we visited when we could have done watersports it would definitely have been worth it. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Super holiday bungalow in a fantastic location, a short 20 min stroll from the wonderful Southwold seafront. Everything you could need was in the property, which was lovely and warm and in a very peaceful cul de sac, and Corin was incredibly helpful. We hope to return at some point for a longer stay to make the most of all the property and the location has to offer.

Thank you to Sofia hosting her place and being a great host. I decided to take our 2 young children and dog on a trip to Norfolk and they loved it. The chalet was just what we needed and as described. We wanted a place close to the beach for dog walks and for days out. The chalet is on a peaceful site which has well kept gardens. We managed to try out the Ship Inn a couple of times, food was good and also atmosphere. We didn't manage to test the village cafe unfortunately. Thank you again and hopefully we will be back.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay and all the amenities just a few minutes drive away, in a good location to visit many interesting places along the Norfolk coast. Mario the host made us feel very welcome with milk in the fridge and a nice sponge cake on our arrival. The garden is very nice with an enclosed seating area and a large grass area behond with mature trees and shrubs, will definitely return in the future

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

What a wonderful little place. We had a great new years getaway at Lesley’s place. Great spot right on the beach and the hot tub was fab. Just what we were after and would love to stay again some day. Thanks Lesley for being a great host. Adam & family.

This was the perfect home from home for 3 generations holidaying together - no stairs for grandparents to fall down and plenty of space inside and out for young people to escape. The house is in a lovely quiet location (excellent for star-gazing!) and has a huge garden plus plenty of parking and a real sense of privacy. It came well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including good sharp knives, kitchen scissors, plenty of pans and baking/roasting trays, tin foil, various spices, etc. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies. Maria thoughtfully provided many different kinds of tea, pods for the coffee machine and even some snacks to get us started! The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Maria is an excellent host who was always quick to respond and help with everything we needed. And the dog, Tiki, is an absolute delight!

We had a lovely 3 day break in Myrtle Cottage. It was extremely cosy and clean and we felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was a really nice walk to the beach and also the recently refurbished pub just a couple of minutes walk away. The road that the cottage was on had some beautiful character homes on. Lucy was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will rebook in the future!

Beautiful little gem, and one we will definitely be re- visiting. Located in a very quiet and peaceful location. Within walking distance to the North Sea Observatory from which you can pick up King Charles Coastal Pathways giving you the opportunity to explore Chapel Six Marshes, Wallla Bank, Anderby Creek or take a short car ride to reach these beautiful unspoilt places. Millies place is the perfect place to rest and re charge, it's modern, well equipped, very comfortable, and a great place to rest your head after a busy day.
