We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is so near the pier and heart of Southwold, it was the perfect location. The apartment was really cosy to unwind after lots of walking, shopping, eating. We did a river boat trip with costal voyager which we would highly recommend doing as well. A lot of other comments mention noise upstairs, however we did not think this was the case at all. The space was lovely for our trip away. Laura was very friendly and accommodating and was brilliant at messaging throughout the trip.

Lovely flat with a very homely feel. Perfect base for a long weekend exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ver accessible for my husband, who cannot walk far.

We really enjoyed the accommodation. Close to what’s happening in Horning. Will recommend.

A great venue for a weekend stay visiting family. The Pod was extremely comfortable, very clean and a lovely touch of milk and cake on arrival Checking in was super easy and Tolly was really quick to offer help and answer some questions (taxis, parking, location etc) We would definitely stay again when a similar family get together is arranged

We loved our short stay in Sheringham - as others have said in reviews, the photos of Andrew’s place don’t do it justice - it feels more light, airy and spacious than it looked online. Andrew was a fantastic host - there was an issue where the new en suite shower fitting had been delayed, but he contacted us to advise us and to see how we wanted to proceed, offering us a partial refund or to cancel if it was an issue. We totally didn’t mind as the en suite was an extra - there was already a family bathroom which was perfectly usable, but Andrew left us a goodie box of local treats to apologise for the issue - totally not necessary but very much appreciated! Location is fab - super walkable into town, and it was perfect for us and our toddler (we moved a couple of breakables out of reach) - no stairs to worry about. Would definitely come back again for another stay - great place and great host, thank you!

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

Wonderful place to stay. Inside everything is high quality, very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal - it’s a few minutes to the centre with lots of restaurants and a few minutes from the beach and coastal path yet very quiet. Highly recommended. If you want a restaurant recommendation then look up Marmalades - the chef has spent time in many countries and the dishes have imaginative twists. If you eat meat then the lamb is cooked until it melts in your mouth. Lots of options for specific dietary needs too.

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

What a fabulous peaceful location, couldn't see the sea but could hear it at night through the open bedroom window. Excellent instructions book. Great mattresses & John Lewis bedding. Some very taste full artwork on the walls (esp liked the Philip Gardner's). Impressive batterie de cuisine, cutlery, glasses etc. All good quality items.

Amazing. Despite less than balmy weather, we all had a fantastic time. Twelve of us between 7 and 72 including 2 fifteen year old girls. Abbey House is house is huge and has sufficient shower/bathing facilities for each couple to have their own space. The annex is a real little gem. The games room so well equipped we were all able to enjoy the space together. We even had a yoga class for several of our party there! This was a long delayed 70th Birthday celebration , plus two 40th's, and a 50th in the intervening time. it worked beautifully. Our seven year wants to know when we can all go back together. The weekend is up there with my best memories.

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

Loved staying here. Small but really cosy and the photos don't do it justice!! Lots of takeaways, pubs and shops on your doorstep. Will 100% book again when we head up this way.

Lovely flat to stay in. Quiet and comfortable. Very close to cromer town centre and the beach.

This place is just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet block. It is lovely and clean and comfortable. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and helpful. A walk of about 25 minutes gets you to the city centre.

Leza is very responsive and friendly, the apartment is trendy and spotless, beds are comfy, two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to town centre yet it’s very quiet and private, the Namaste Indian over on Queens Road is a must. It’s a great base for everything, thank Leza for being a great host.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

We absolutely loved our stay Glide Surf Casa. The views over Cromer was incredible in the morning sunrise and the location was great and a 5 min walk to the centre and beach was perfect. The place was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here.

This listing really lived up to the ratings. Instructions for getting to the car park entrance were clear. We called the hosts who let us into the car park. Rob and Laura were fantastic hosts they did a greet on arrival and explained everything as well as opening up for any questions we may had during our stay. Flat itself was spotless and very clean. The hosts were fantastic in their response times. car park was private and heard not much outside traffic noise with the windows open. The beds and mattresses were comfortable and the shower was very hot. We could not have asked for more. WiFi were not fibre optic speeds but were still good enough for YouTube streaming to the TV at 720p as long as no other devices were downloading anything else. Kitchen had a lot of amenities with plates, cutlery and some Milk and Tea.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.
