Laura & Bill's apartment is perfect for anyone looking to ski at Hunter Mountain. Spacious and impeccable, this 2-bedroom apt had everything our family of three needed for a very comfortable ski week. Location could not be better: a short walk to the ski center; next to several restaurants in the area; very close to the bus stop at Valero Gas Station (we traveled with the bus from NYC). Most importantly, Laura & Bill are the best hosts, always responsive and accommodating. Not having skied in 20 years, I took a lesson with Laura that made me get back to the slopes with all the confidence. Going for a ski week without a car is not easy. This week turned out a great fun and a memorable week, and staying at Laura & Bill's was a big part of it. Many, many thanks for everything!

My friend and I both enjoyed a one night stay here. Leo was very helpful and communicative, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close enough to town while still being quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Very close town, though not safely walkable as people drive pretty fast and there are no sidewalks. Tried to Uber one night but price was outrageous for a one mile ride so we skipped that and cooked at home. Kitchen has the basics, but inspired me to start traveling with my own must-have tools: oven mitt, tongs, sharp knife, etc. Upstairs neighbors were quiet and respectful, did not disturb our sleep at all. Shower has nice pressure and hot water and is sparkling clean. Grounds are lovely, sat outside in the sunshine and snooped around the garden a little. Would recommend this charming garden apartment!

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

Bri was very responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay! The beautiful cottage was a comfortable, peaceful, and perfect place to stay to enjoy the upper state area. We will be returning!

This cozy place was perfect for our family when we needed a place to stay near Albany. It's conveniently located near the highway and a short drive into the city. This peaceful, private and comfortable location is everything you can ask for in a place to unwind. What made the stay more special was the friendly and responsive host. She was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. She also provided a delicious breakfast every morning which made our stay memorable. I hope we have a reason to stay here again in the future.

Brian's place is like the Swiss Army knife of airbnbs: it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Functional, highly comfortable, and well-equipped, I found it to be an ideal homebase for long days spent on the surrounding trails. Brian is a generous and accommodating host and I look forward to booking with him again in the future. I highly recommend a stay here!

Linda was great! Super friendly and willing to help! the place was super cute and clean! Very nice space with plenty of room. Couch is comfy and reclines, good water pressure and good hot water. Bed was comfortable. Quiet surroundings. I would come back easily.

We stayed at Lori's place for a weekend. Great and peaceful location, it even has a little lake on the property! Very nice and quiet place surrounded by nature; a pleasant contrast to the NYC. Communication was great, and check-in/check out were a breeze. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Sarah and George’s Catskills place! My wife and I went up for a long weekend skiing and the location was perfect for visiting Windham and exploring the area. The Cozy Catskill escape is exactly as described and was a great place to come back to after a long day of skiing. Both Sarah and George were very communicative and kept their grounds plowed and clear when there was winter weather over the weekend. They also had great recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops and places to visit. We highly recommend this Catskill Escape!

Lovely private guest room. Host was responsive and everything was as described! If you don't have a car, restaurants and shops are about a 15 minute walk away.

An ABSOLUTE GEM! What a great experience we had at Mara's place. The photographs does not do this place justice, you must experience it for yourself. Chapeau Mara!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Lalena was very communicative and overall a great host! She allowed us to park in the driveway to make things easier for us as there was a snowstorm expected, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. On weekend nights there is some noise from the college across the street, which was expected, but there are sound machines available to block that out. The location is great and is within walking distance of everything. We would love to stay here again!

We loved the location in town, and the homey family vibe of the space. The amazing bathroom felt like a spa with the big bathtub and waterfall shower. We got locked out on accident but Olesya was very prompt to respond to our messages to let us in. She also generously offered us flexibility on checking in and out. A very special place to stay.

We had a great trip and staying here made it even better. The accommodations were great and well worth the money. We would love to stay here again on our next trip.

A great apartment so close to hiking and cute Hudson Valley towns. The space is bright and nicely decorated -- felt like a home. We were able to cook meals in their kitchen which was well equipped and came with spices and olive oil. The laundry was a perk too! Collen and family were super kind and great communicators. The roads were a bit snowy and icy to the apartment and Collen texted to give a heads up -- so thoughtful!

We had a very good and comfortable stay. Maragaret was extremely responsive and helpful for all our needs. The home is situated at a extremely quite and pristine location. One can actually enjoy the fall season outside the home itself. The location is also very close to most attractions and hikes in that area. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Catskill.

Wow!! What a gem! Staying with Linda and Warren was simply fantastic! My wife and I moved to the area and stayed here while getting our footing in the area. Linda is a wealth of knowledge about the area. The space was fantastic. The kitchen was great to cook in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the windows open most nights and could hear the crickets chirping away. Extremely quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time there. Linda was very accommodating with replacing a broken can opener and coffee grinder. We stay here again.

It was a very calming and pleasant experience. Apartment has everything you need: tucked away from the road and super close to a great restaurant, distillery, Minnewaska lake and Mohonk preserve. Yoga class was great and tub was private and clean. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat or romantic getaway.

Adam’s place was beautiful, spotless and super convenient for walking to all the great shops and restaurants in Hudson. Easy parking right out front. We really appreciated the coffee setup, as well as the granola, oat milk and wine he graciously left for us. The light and decor in the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at Terri's place! The apartment was finished with modern amenities, decor, and it was such a plus being able to walk up and do her yoga classes. They even let our pup sit in during one of the classes which we thought was so nice. The place also had a beautiful yard area as well. Terri and her husband were very friendly and shared great recommendations too. Thanks for everything! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Joseph was always responsive and very accommodating when I had an issue arise. He was willing to work with me on any questions or requests I had (I did a long term stay at his place). The house was very clean. I highly recommend!
