Franco was always very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was important to us as we were celebrating Christmas there. The house is in a very quiet area with a large yard.

Kyle was great and had great communication. He let us know about a broken hand rail on the stairs to the basement (there was one on both sides, so no issues). He had a handy man come and fix it during our stay, while we were out. Always responded to questions right away, like the TV didn't have netflix logged in like promised, but he offered to give me the login, I just used my own account. No issues there.

Great place to stay! Very nice home and was easy for us to drive to restaurants and tourist spots. The house was really nice, beautiful kitchen. Beds super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious home. Worked well for our extended family of 12 people. Particularly enjoyed the pool table and games. Host was very responsive and helpful.

My family (spouse, toddler and newborn +pets) stayed at Kathryn’s for several months. We felt right at home. The house had lots of toys for my toddler to enjoy and we used the basement room as a dedicated play room. Great living space, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Kathryn and her husband were both very responsive and helpful. Whether you are staying for a few nights or long-term like my family, I would highly recommend this place for the location and family friendly stay.

Everything was beautiful and well put together, nothing was out of place. Everything was clean and not one question was left unanswered. Very easy to get what you need like the grocery store across the street (Wegmans) and you can get something to bite at any store/restaurant near you there is a movie theater as well. Hosts were able to answer very promptly, would highly recommend this spot in Alexandria.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß , man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ziemlich kuschelig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit , im Sommer mit Pool wäre es wahrscheinlich noch schöner gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was aber an der amerikanischen Bauweise liegt . Leider gingen die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell um und wir müssten wieder nach Hause. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter er war immer sehr hilfsbereit , leider haben wir uns nie persönlich getroffen.

We spent a month in Danielle’s apartment. We’ve stayed in many AirBnB apartments and this one was by far the best stocked place we’ve ever been to. Danielle is super responsive, usually getting back to us immediately when we had questions or concerns. We discovered a few excellent restaurants walking distance away (Pikateo, Aracosia) that we’d go back to if we were there again. Having a UPS store in the building was super convenient. We’d definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again if we’re in town for a while.

My three day visit was cozy and pleasant. I appreciated how clean the home and safe and friendly the neighborhood was. The amenities were smartly placed to allow for an efficient flow of movement. The location was an easy, scenic drive from major highways around Annapolis. My small dogs felt comfortable in the fenced in area. The hiking trails at nearby Broad Creek were enjoyable for them as well. This was my first time in the area and if I visit again, I would definitely stay here!

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. It’s a really cozy and beautiful area, Sarah’s studio is very clean and spatial. Wonderful place, good location, very convenient to those tourists place. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodations and very comfortable. Very tastefully decorated and charming!!! Loved the exposed brick walls!!! We were a block and a half from my son‘s apartment, which was perfect for a short visit with him and for enjoying what Columbia Heights has to offer. We will be back!!!

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!
