we had a wonderful stay. Wendy is an amazing host abd corrected any concern immediately. only issue at all was the neighbors dogs that barked at us when we would go out back in the evening. but Wendy contacted the neighbor right away and the problem.was fixed. l9vely home, very clean convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is fabulous. Beautiful and very clean house. The backyard is so peaceful and the pool is really nice. The location is perfect. Close to The Woodlands and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back.

Marcos was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable during our stay. the house was very nicely updated. clean. and the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus!

Jeff was such a great host and communicated with me all the way up until check-in. My only negative would be I could probably use a good coat of paint but other than that the neighborhood was beautiful the home was beautiful the layout of the property was beautiful and it was perfect. my daughter was getting married and it was a perfect place for us to recoup at night

I came down for my birthday with a few friends and I would like to say that the house was amazing. It’s a lil fair from down town but I didn’t mind the drive because the house was so great. Thank you for having us!

I really enjoyed this space for hosting a group of kids for a tournament. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful.

⸻ Andrew was an excellent host, and his property was exactly as described — secluded, peaceful, and offering a wonderful sense of being away from it all. The rental was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and full of thoughtful details that clearly showed the care and love put into creating a welcoming space. The pool area was a great bonus, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it was the perfect place to relax — whether it was pulling up a chair, opening a cold drink, and simply soaking in the vast, serene views. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Property is in pristine condition and stocked with anything you could think of. The location is just down the street from grocery stores and restaurants. The fenced in backyard was amazing for our pups. Kelli was a great host! Would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing stay! The house if very well kept and decorated. Very well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. So close to restaurants, shopping and historic downtown. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and very well kept! Perfect backyard for your pets. Sean and Ariel were super hosts! Very attentive to assure we had a perfect stay! FYI… the photos don’t give it justice. It was so much better than we imagined! We will be back!! Thank you!

Anthu’s place was awesome! It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made it perfect for relaxing. We went on lots of walks and saw plenty of deer—it really felt like a nature escape. The house sits right on the lake, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I loved stepping outside just to unwind and enjoy the scenery. There was also plenty of space for our group of 12, which made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house was amazing, and it had many great things such as the pool, outdoor fire pit, pool table, shuffleboard and lots of other games. This was a perfect place to host my family.

Great little house we had for 6 weeks. Loved having use of garage it was a major plus for us and fenced back yard.

I had a wonderful stay in Spring, Texas! The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for morning walks around the giant pond — such a relaxing way to start the day, especially with the ducks and geese keeping you company. The area also has plenty of great food spots nearby, so it was easy to find something tasty no matter what I was in the mood for. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a cozy retreat. I’d definitely stay here again!

What an incredible location and beautiful home! The views from the porch and balcony were spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings outdoors. The home is well-stocked and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our hostess, Kim, was simply amazing and responded promptly to our requests. Due to our tennis schedule, we asked for a two-hour delay in our checkout, and she graciously accommodated our request. Additionally, we had a large group that needed extra wine glasses, and she promptly had glasses delivered within two hours. Kim’s exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. As we left the home, we all agreed that it was the best vacation rental we had ever stayed in. If I could rate it higher, I would. We eagerly anticipate our return next year.

The home was beautiful, clean and came with everything you could possibly need. Not far from cute old springs town that is great during the day or night. Neighborhood is quiet and host was responsive, kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

We loved this house and location in The Woodlands. The inside of the home was very nice with tons of space for our big family. The hosts are incredibly responsive and eager to help with anything they can. A bigger trash can in the kitchen or toilet paper that isn’t 1 ply would be the only possible areas to improve in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We’re a family of 6 and absolutely loved our stay here, also the amenities area is a huge PLUS. We would stay here again willingly. :)

Stayed here with friends for the Renaissance Fair. Beautiful home and I love the way it's decorated. Eric was a great host and did everything he could for us when we needed it.

Denise's stay was wonderful. We take a company trip every year for the Montgomery County Fair and this year we chose Denise's rental. The home is a quaint double-wide on a large, private, wooded lot in the Woodlands. Very close to everything you may need, yet far enough away and off the main road that it is very quiet. The lot and home are much larger than pictures do it justice. Master bed/bath on one end, 2 rooms and bathroom on the other end, so perfect for couples and family stays. Kitchen is very large and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of linens as well. Large decks and patios on each end of the home. The front deck was great for coffee in the morning. The rear deck was great for evenings out grilling and having some drinks. WiFi was fast, water was hot, A/C was cold, beds were comfy. Denise was very helpful when I wanted to extend for another day, something I haven't done before and needed help with. Thank you Denise for the peaceful and accommodating stay.

The host was really nice and extremely accommodating ! She responds very fast and effective ! We were going to the rodeo, and wanted to spend time there so she allowed for early check in to be able to enjoy our time at the rodeo. The space was extremely clean. Would stay here again !
