From start to finish, our stay in Yakandandah was an absolute delight! The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home...we settled in so easily. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still offering the most peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, from a fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The property and views were just stunning...and with the gorgeous and friendly jersey cows grazing in the foreground it was picturesque. We really were in awe of this place. Our host Quinton was very welcoming, responsive, and ensured our stay was comfortable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we would love to return some time in future

We stayed in the property for a wedding that was being held locally, and it was the perfect place for multiple couples to be able to lodge. The dual living spaces allowed everyone to relax but not be all in the one space, and the property was nicely located close to town for groceries and local coffee runs. The only thing that was a little surprising were the security cameras that have been installed in the living areas of the property. I can’t find any reference or warning on the listing or booking documents that there would be surveillance in the property. Guests who are very careful of their privacy may find this offputting. I’m not sure if they’re monitored or not, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Aside from that, the property was a wonderful stay and would be a great place for multiple families with kids to holiday, or a big family to spread out and have plenty of space to not drive each other nuts (too much haha!).

Margaret is a lovely host and her place was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we need. Margaret even spoiled us with a few unexpected treats! We were only there for one night, but the place has everything you need to feel right at home.

This place was every bit as good as it looked! Great pool and plenty of space in the house if you have a group!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for a family with kids — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was peaceful and secluded, surrounded by beautiful nature, which made for a very relaxing getaway. Alex was incredibly helpful and suggested some great local activities that the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to fun things to do nearby!

This was a great newly built place with wonderful views. The place was clean and fresh. Great stay. Will stay here next time we visit Bright.

The house was a great size for a big family, clean and in a lovely area. Very convenient with local shops near by and close to sporting venue.
