اسلام كان سريع التواصل، المكان كان في مرمز المدينة كنت اذهب سيراً على الاقدام معضم الوقت. بالنسبة لي كان استقبال الضيوف امر مهم جداً وصاحب البيت لم يمانع بهاذ الشيء، بصراحة هاذ اهم شي كان بالنسبة لي. شعرت بالامان في ذالك المنزل

В сердце города уютная , чистая квартира со всем необходимым для длительного проживания. Все необходимое кафе, магазины рядом. Ольга невероятно радушный хозяин, в любую минуту отвечает , помогает , заботится. Чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно выберем эту квартиру ❤️ снова .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hurghada dans cet appartement avec vue sur la mer. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage et des commerces. L’hôte est très sympathique et attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour inoubliable à Hurghada !

Great host & team. Location good, we used uber all the time to get around. Pool area well cared for, lots of greenery. Apartment had everything for self catering, but so reasonable to eat out, we just had breakfast there. Some exciting new building happening, with extra 2 pools, shops & restaurants close by. We stayed for a month & could quite happily stayed another. Thank you Clarissa & team.

We spent a month in Awads home and it was better than expected. It is better than the photos posted. Located in a safe and secure compound, we never once felt any discomfort. The star of the show was the hosts representative Salah. Salah was very fast to respond to any questions or concerns and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From daily check ins to random recommendations, he quickly became a friend. We will return solely based on Salah and the absolute wonderful human that he is. Added bonus, there is the cutest husky puppy that comes by daily to say hello and is taken care of by all of the residents. Give her water and a snack or two, and she will be your best friend. I can not recommend this home enough. An easy walk to Granada, an incredible restaurant and a 15 minute walk from the center of town. If you’re looking for a place in Hurghada, this is the one to pick. We already miss Salah, thé home, thé dog, and can not wait to return!

einfach traumhaft ! ich und meine Frau haben hier 14 Tage verbracht und es ist das schönste Haus in dem wir bisher waren! wunderschöne ruhige Lage für entspannte Stunden. ich durfte meinen Geburtstag hier feiern und Gäste empfangen. das Haus sowie die Räume und der Garten sind einfach wunderschön. Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Sicherheit sehr hoch geschrieben. Egal welche Frage wir hatten es wurde sehr schnell beantwortet und egal welches Problem es wurde schnell eine Lösung vorgeschlagen. dieser Urlaub war der schönste den wir jemals hatten. die Ausstattung der Küche und Schlafzimmer ist beeindruckend. Das Wohnzimmer ist perfekt für entspannte Stunden mit mehreren Leuten. Der Hauseigentümer kam persönlich vorbei als darum gebeten wurde. Kommunikation sehr freundlich und offen. Sehr respektvoll gegenüber uns Gästen. ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen! es ist wirklich ein Paradies. wir vergeben 6 von 5 möglichen Sternen. danke an den Eigentümer für alles ! 🙏🏽

We've just had a lovely 4 night stay at this studio apartment. Khalid, the host is very attentive and made sure that all was okay during our stay. The apartment itself is as described and as seen in the pictures. The shower was lovely, the hot water plentiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was fresh, clean and ready for our arrival. The views across the marina and out to the Red Sea were beautiful. The terrace was well furnished and had the sun from sunrise until late afternoon. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We left feeling very refreshed and grateful for having had the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommended. If you've found this place, don't hesitate to book it! Thanks for a great stay Khalid.

es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Also die Unterkunft ist echt top gewesen. mega gut ausgestattet und Ahmed ist ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben auch den Grill benutzt mit Hilfe von Ibrahim, der super hilfriech war und für uns sogar einige Einkäufe gemacht hat. Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist im ersten Moment gewöhnungsbedürftig aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran, weil die Infrastruktur in ganz Ägypten gleich ist. Der Carefour ist gleich um die Ecke und man kommt auch zu Fuss zu der Promenade. Uns wurde empfohlen Uber zu nehmen. Es war auf jeden Fall sinnvoll und auch günstig. Da muss man sagen, draußen allein zu Fuss ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Immer ein Uber oder ein Taxi nehmen. Ansonsten hat uns die Aufenthalt bei Ahmed sehr gut gefallen

Der Aufenthalt bei Mohamed war sehr schön, die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, privater Strand direkt vor der Haustüre wunderschöne Aussicht, Sonnenuntergang und Aufgang direkt aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Mohamed war ein sehr freundlicher,netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar für alle Fragen und hat uns bei jeder Gelegenheit geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen es war perfekt!

Saimme ensin väärän huoneen, mutta Mohamed oli todella ystävällinen ja korjasi tilanteen heti. Hän toi meille kaiken mitä tarvitsimme sekä oli valmis auttamaan. Suosittelen!

L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce. La résidence comprend trois piscines exposées au soleil ainsi qu’une plage privée calme avec un magnifique ponton pour prendre des photos. Mohamed propose des activités que nous n’avons pas pu faire car nous étions avec un nourrisson mais je vous recommande à 100% ce qu’il propose comme activités. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé et l’hôte est très serviable, gentil, compréhensif et à l’écoute pour toute demande. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, la résidence se situe sur un grand axe bordé de boutiques et de petits commerces très pratiques. En réservant cet appartement vous serez sûrs de passer un bon séjour !
