It is really an excellent experience. The place is very special and close to all places. They were very cooperative and responded quickly to my requests. I recommend trying this quiet and wonderful place.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as shown in the picture, the place is cozy and very well maintained, everything we needed was there. The location is perfect. Bishoy was a great host and extremely responsive, will definitely be back again.

Mooi appartement om tijdje in te verblijven. Ashraf en de altijd aanwezige conciërge Mostafa zijn altijd zeer behulpzaam , bijvoorbeeld toen ik een fiets wilde huren. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is rustig gelegen. Het publieke strand is op een half uurtje lopen en er is helaas geen supermarkt dichtbij. Al met al zeer aan te bevelen.

Was a great stay.. Location was right in the middle between Hughada and El gouna.. The place was nice and tidy.. good tv .. good AC and fridge.. host was very friendly and the value for money is amazing.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis -TOP- aber, und was vielleicht viel wichtiger in Ägypten ist, auf Василий kann man sich verlassen. Соотношение цена-качество -TOP- но, и что, пожалуй, гораздо важнее в Египте, вы можете положиться на Василия.

The place is more beautiful than the photos show, accessibility to the lagoon was too good to be true, we had a great holiday

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The place was not only nice and clean but also very welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the hospitality of the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We contacted Simon rather last minute, yet he still managed to get everything sorted in time. It took us some time to find the house, as the address, we got from Airbnb pointed us to to wrong location, we eventually found it with some help of some security guys at a gate. We got a hidden location to find the keys, which was spot on, thus the access to the house was easy. Simon gave us a heads up that the villa would not be as nice as we hoped for due to it's renovative state and it being a bit outdated. To our findings this was only partially the case. Yes you could see some markings and cracks, we've seen far worse, so no worries Simon! Everything worked and we had a lovely evening there. Since we arrived very late at the house after a 9 hour drive from Aswan, we were all rather exhausted and our flight home wasn't due until the evening. We asked Simon if we could perhaps stay at the villa until late afternoon, and it was no problem at all for Simon, Thanks for that! Much appreciated

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und aufgeräumt. Wir hatten ganz spontan gebucht, weil unser Hotel in Hurghada fürchterlich war. Antje hat sehr schnell reagiert und wir konnten noch am selben Tag in die Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hübsch, sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern mal wieder. Absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊😊

Small but comfortable studio in a building with swimming pool and security. Comfortable balcony and equipped kitchen. Good privacy and convenience. Two supermarkets next door and a pharmacy in the same building. Very good restaurant on the corner. Public transportation right in front. Only the beach access is a bit complicated. Otherwise very good location.

Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an, fast wie zu Hause. Antje war jederzeit erreichbar und die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme..... vor allem die tolle Aussicht. Lieben Dank❤️

Die Erwartungen wurden sehr erfüllt. Das Zimmer liegt sehr schön, viel Sonne auf dem Balkon, der sehr geräumig ist. Es ist alles da was man braucht, ein Markt ist gleich an der Ecke und Geschäfte nicht weit entfernt. Man ist schnell mit dem Taxi in der Stadt oder am Flughafen. Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gern wieder
