I loved Brendan's place. Awesome landing spot for trips to Stratford for a single person ot a couple. Great design to surround yourself with, a quiet street, a short walk to the centre and to the theatres once the festival's back, and for those on a work trip, fast and reliable internet access. On the minus side, I wish the cleaning fee was lower, $95 seems a bit steep and a late check-out option would be helpful. A cuddly blanket for the reading corner was the only thing I missed in this awesome spot. Thank you, I hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Because we were there for 3 nights, it was important for us to have a place with a comfortable seating area (couch, chair, coffee table) where we can sit and relax together. If a very high bed is an issue, then check that detail with Brendan before booking.

I booked this place for friends who were visiting from out of town and they loved it! Brendan was a super communicative host, leaving very clear instructions for check-in/check-out. It's a great location, walkable to all the best spots, and the space itself is gorgeous: well-decorated, clean, everything you want from an Airbnb.

In a town where there is limited Air BnB, this place really stands out. Great location right on the main street means it is close to everything you need. The place is clean and spacious. Will stay again when back in Exeter!

We had a great stay at Bob's place. It was ideal for two couples. We walked to all the theaters and to local restaurants. The walk by the lake is lovely and the place was comfortable and very clean. Bob was a very helpful host. We had a great stay!

The loft is just as shown in photos - nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was a very responsive and friendly host. The location was amazing - everything is walkable. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The location was within walking distance of all amenities and the apartment was absolutely prisitine and top notch. From the start, I was provided comprehensive and clear instructions on how to check in. Upon arrival, they provided a rundown of all the nearby conveniences and places to eat. Everything was well stocked and we were even provided with snacks and refreshments, truly above and beyond. I needed some help finding a place to board my dog and they were more than happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Stratford!

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

A great location! In walking distance of the downtown area, we never had to drive during our stay. Communication with the host was timely and clear. I would recommend this space to anyone visiting Stratford.

Logan got back to us right away when we were looking for a place to stay that was very important to us As some BnB don’t respond quickly and having you wonder all day if you have a comfortable Room highly recommend and the stars were nice to see in the early morning and at night

Good value for the money. Clean and comfortable inside, air conditioned, large and bright kitchen/dining/livingroom space. Outdoor firepit, pool. A few minutes outside of Bayfield. Our unit was upstairs which I didn’t realize until we got there. Deck area was a little rough on our side of the building. Would definitely stay there again.
