We had a great time and loved the house, yard and the pool. It was a great space for our family and close to so many parks and trails and food options. Host was super proactive and all the instructions were accurate. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures and other reviews. We will stay again and no complaints.

Great place to stay and celebrate a birthday. Clean, upstairs occupants noise barely noticeable, beds comfortable, plenty of supplies.

Place is beautiful, welcoming but the expectations for cleaning go above and beyond. There was an expectation to almost deep clean the house so that cleaning people don't have to do much.

We stayed here as a family and would recommend. The home was beautiful and spacious. I like staying just outside of St. George. I also liked having a walking trail so close. Being right next to the pool has its pros and cons. I loved being able to send my older kids to go swim and I could see them from my bedroom window. However, most nights there were teens out there being pretty noisy and staying past pool hours. The only thing that I would have changed is having curtains in the bedrooms. The blinds didn’t keep the sun out. So the rooms were really bright in the morning and also made it hard to take an afternoon nap.

Casey's place was a great spot for our large group of friends to use as a home base while.we explored the areas mountain biking and climbing. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us.

This is a beautiful property and well maintained. We were there for only a few days, but it felt like home. We didn't have time to use any of the included amenities but would have liked to. We brought our two dogs and they felt at home. I didn't see this in the main listing, but no pets allowed upstairs. Shelby said there was a gate we could put at the bottom of the stairs to keep them on the main floor, but we couldn't find it. We just put stools in front of the stairs. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time for a family reunion. All four families had their own bathrooms. Plenty of room for cousins to play and watch movies. Very kid friendly. Things we used, everything was easy to use and worked well: - Kitchen and seating for 16 - Crock pot, blender, griddle - Oven, gas stovetop, stovetop griddle - Dishwasher - Washer/Dryer - Pool towels (there are lots!) - Pool (just as fun as it looks in the pictures) - Garage (space for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway, no street parking) - TVs - Plenty of hot water (2 water heaters) Things to know: - We chose to drive to the pool, it's just down the hill - 15 minutes from everything you could need, Walmart, Costco, restaurants, fast food - Everyone and everything was nice and welcoming, tons of other families also vacationing Everyone enjoyed our stay and made great memories. We would stay here again! The host is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Easy check in/check out instructions.

This spot was conveniently located close to what we had going on in St George. The best value I could find on Airbnb.

The backyard here is a toddler paradise. We loved spending time outside enjoying the views. It is a perfect location, easy drive to Zion or St George for Snow Canyon. We had a great stay.

Stay was wonderful the Sport Village offers many amenities and the location is super.

Sara's place was perfect for the 3 of us. Beautiful area & close to several of the big parks. Not far from Kanab where we launched several of our hikes. Places in Kanab are crazy expensive. I guess they've figured out they're in a PRIME location for all the things to do in the area. So we chose Hildale. The apartment is small but very cozy & it had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Very clean. Sarah was SUPER responsive & helpful with any information we needed. Highly recommended.

It was easy to find, convenient to surrounding attractions/places and the pool was great for kids! They had toys in the living room which was perfect for my 5 year old! Everything we needed for our trip and instructions for check in/check out were crystal clear!

Retired couple visiting the area to hike and explore the nearby parks. This is a very nice property in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries. We spent nine nights here and we’d absolutely stay here again. Great rental.

Connie was by far my favorite hostess. She personally called me to make sure our traveling there was going okay. She stayed up late and met us at the door with warm cookies. She had the house stocked well and was always willing to help. My family fell in love with her dog Bailey.

Great location in Saint George and very affordable. Unit was clean and stocked. Great location right next to the pool. Owner was responsive and helpful with communication.

Bianca’s place was extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and living room area was perfect to relax at the end of the day. Bianca was great with communication. We would love to stay when our journey passes through St. George again!

Jill’s place is a great fit for our group of four adults. Clean and comfortable. It’s located in the second floor of the building. And there is another unit on the third floor. It could be loud but it was still ok for us. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had the utensils we needed. Location is great for our adventures in Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. It’s reasonable driving distance to shops and restaurants. We used the pool, hot tubs and pickleball court. They close at 9 PM wish it’s later especially for hot tub. - but it’s the community rules not her. Jill is very quick in responding our text, when we had questions.

Nice place to stay with two families. Plenty of space and easy to access pools from unit. Very safe resort and within minutes of food and shopping still.
