Joshua was a great host and was very communicative. There was plenty of space both indoors and out. The house was spotless and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and really lacked nothing. The outside had great amenities as well - two outdoor fire areas, a stocked fishing pond and a hot tub! It was perfectly situated for our friends weekend and close to Punxsutawney where we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay at Joshua’s place again if we were ever back in the area.

The home was beautiful and clean. It was a short drive to town for supplies and to the lake for some fresh air. Our family loved the space to spread out for sleeping. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and the wooded setting was dark and peaceful, all of which made for restful sleep. The kids loved the game space in the basement- playing ping pong, air hockey, and on the PSII. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for making family meals and the large dining table allowed for the 10 of us to eat together. All of this, plus we were able to enjoy all of this with our 2 dogs. Ellen was responsive to a couple of questions and needs, as well as understanding when an item was accidentally broken. The only concern was some additional rules that were not on the original listing, but were messaged a few weeks before our reservation.

This is our second time staying at this property. Henry and team have kept the property and service level as assured. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was huge. Beautifull and well stocked kitchen. Outdoor was peaceful and enormous yard where we could run and play. My whole family can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, clean cabin with all listed amenities. Spacious with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Fully stocked efficient kitchen. Hottub works and is very roomy. Peaceful woodland scenery. Neighbors seemed visually curious about us.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was fantastic, and we especially loved the small creek next to the property—it added a lovely touch to our stay. The outdoor TV, fire pit, and hot tub were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing evenings. The basement was a bonus. There's a pool table and plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

Patty's place was welcoming from the minute we arrived! It was a hit for not only 6 teenage girls but also for a 7 year old extremely active boy. Very spacious with beautiful views and lots of wildlife! We also enjoyed s'mores around a campfire while viewing a gorgeous display of stars in a cold crystal clear sky. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked just as promised. Can't say much more.... It was a hit and a weekend that won't be forgotten! Loved the snug! Perfect for a weekend getaway! Host was responsive and accommodating to our needs as guests! The place was cute and clean, and super close to Raystown lake. Definitely recommend. We plan on staying again.

Our stay at Cozy Pines was a lovely weekend getaway! Even in the endlessly rainy weather we were able to enjoy the beautiful home and property and all it had to offer. The place was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, making a fire outside, and watching the rain fall out the big glass doors. We can’t wait to come back!
