we really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and inviting and the host was great at communicating and checking in.

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

Great location if you have something at the fairgrounds. The house was clean and cozy, would stay there again.

Great place for 3 families to stay while snowing at the state fair. Will be back next year.

Nice place with plenty of room

The apartment is very spacious, it has everything you need, including a washer & dryer if you need to do any laundry. The kitchen is nice with pots, pans, dishes, & even a few spices. It is in a great location to quickly get to restaurants and about anything in town. Close to a couple of the main roads. The A/C worked great & was easy to adjust the temperature. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Kelly Anne was in contact with me ahead of any needs, checking to be sure I didn’t have any issues. You can’t ask for a better host! Very impressive! My only complaint is that the walls between the apartments are not insulated as well as they could be. Not the fault of the owner. But once in awhile you can hear voices or occasional noises from adjoining appointments. I would just suggest maybe bring a sound machine to block anything at night. I only had one night that I could hear some voices. They weren’t loud, & admittedly, I am a light sleeper. I would stay again.

Another excellent stay at the Sunflower Cottage. Hope to return next year.

This was a great place to stay. The location was convenient for us, it was very easy to get in and out, it has great amenities, and the host communicated very well. It’s a very nice place and beats a hotel any day.

Kelly is an awesome host! Very good at communicating and check in is a breeze. The Airbnb was in a great location, but there were a few weird things about it. Nothing that anyone can help, but just a little weird.

Perfect place! Everything was wonderful and Kelly Anne was a great host. Felt right at home, easy to find, great location, and very clean. No reason to look any further, I will always try to stay at Kelly Anne’s place.

Cozy home. Great host. Answered all questions right away! Lovely area and lots of sidewalks so taking our dog Woshbone for walks was very pleasant.
