Great place to stay very private. Not suitable for cars low to the ground the driveway is not car friendly.

This place was great! It's just as advertised. The place is very peaceful and the host was awesome!

The house was very nice and well taken care of, the WiFi also works very well. We loved the sun set thru the back window everyday and the hot tub was awesome. The water is hard to reach tho because it’s a small bluff but there’s a nice small stair way.

This is a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Right on the water yet secluded with plenty of privacy. It rained on our trip but the covered porches were nice to sit and enjoy the rain. The host was super nice and worked hard to make our stay perfect. I will stay here again.

We had a great time at Catchin' 247! The location was easy to get to. We loved all of the outdoor spaces - especially since the weather was perfect. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the dock and floating on the water. The hot tub was a perfect end to every day - such a bonus! The space was clean and organized and had everything we needed. No issues with wifi which was nice as cell service was touch and go in that location. Communication from Dan was proactive and clear. We hope to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend.

Wir haben auf unserem Texas Roadtrip 2 Nächte in Cabin 25 verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hütte war sehr sauber, besser als manches Hotelzimmer auf der Durchreise. Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen sehr sauber. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Zum Essen sind wir nach Lufkin gefahren, man hätte sich auch etwas zubereiten können. Es war alles dafür da, außer natürlich Lebensmittel. Die Lage am See war sehr schön, aber das Wasser wohl sehr hoch. Gebadet haben wir nicht, wir sind Städter, es war uns zu glitschig. Vielen Dank.

This place was beautiful, she took our reservation on super short notice. It was peaceful and serene. We fished the ponds and sat and enjoyed the rain while we were there. I definitely recommend staying here we will be back!!

Cabin was a great location, clean, and very close to boat ramp. It was perfect spot for my family for the weekend. Communication was very fast and she answered all my questions.

We rented both cabins, the house, and the fifth wheel rv for a nearby family get together. All of the properties were in wonderful condition and the host was one of the best we’ve ever had on the platform. Thank you to the property owner and host.

The cabin is very comfortable and has a gorgeous view of the lake from the porch. Sitting there was a peaceful start and end to each day. Bird lovers will enjoy watching the variety of birds.

Booked the cabin for a fishing trip. I will say the cabin was one of the best aspects of the trip. Mrs. Leslie is very friendly and will help with any questions you have. If we have another fishing trip there I will definitely be trying to book it again!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this tiny waterfront cabin. It was the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life — peaceful, cozy, and situated right by the water. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. The host was responsive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyedddd this place so much! Everything was as explained and when we needed anything they were quick to help! Very friendly! This place is beautiful and peaceful! Will definitely be making another trip soon! Slept all 7 of us comfortably and loved how much it felt like home with everything you needed being provided!

Nancy & Shawn have created a wonderful get back to nature experience! From the area,cabin,little touches of homemade soap & tinctures to the lovable loo & outdoor shower which we took midnight showers in…to the peacefulness, it’s a match made in heaven all put together with love by those 2. (We brought our rescue cat & she loved it as well!!). We came as strangers & left as friends. We will definitely return!! Thanks for the hospitality and sharing y’all lil’ piece of paradise with us! Beautiful part of Toledo Bend. Place was very clean. Great double boat launch and covered boat stall to keep boat in water overnight. Will return!

Nice, quiet and peaceful setting. The cabins are very nice and clean. We have stayed at 2 of the cabins and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience. feels like home immediately. Joe was a phenomenal host. he was extremely responsive, kind, caring, responsible, and he finds common ground with everyone. I hope to come back at some point.
